Lei of Kindness…read more.. They already had me at that and the whole concept of the community getting together for the keikis and their family just to think of going without just breaks my heart. Growing up my family did struggle for reason I do know and am so grateful it was still filled with love and caring heart I'd like to think that we all can do it in the same small way that in all will make someone smile. Nothing feels amazing than giving and it was fun for me to decide on the item and as a foodie it had to be a lunch box and to honor my friend it had to be Minnie. Amazing event that was literally like a carnival filled with various vendors and arts, crafts and games really for all ages was incredible. There was a contest and the winning totes sales goes the University of Howait West O'chu Acodemy of Creative Media who was there with a claw game and gave out aloe plant for prizes is fun and unique. Thank you to Mini of Hawaii for sharing their space with us all and the community it's very nice and can't believe how cute their vehicles were but the totes are more my thing at the moment. Thank you!

I ordered my MINI JCW from MINI of Hawaii in February, and I specifically want to recognize Sales…read moreManager Garthan Freeman for an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Before I ordered, I had considered buying a MINI on the mainland and shipping it to Hawaii myself. Garthan patiently answered all of my questions, walked me through the advantages of ordering directly through MINI of Hawaii, and gave me the confidence that they would take care of me when I arrived on Oahu. That decision turned out to matter far more than I ever expected. My original JCW made it all the way to the Port of Los Angeles, where it was severely damaged during transportation and ultimately totaled. Instead of the car I had ordered arriving around the same time I moved to Hawaii, I suddenly had no car at all. Garthan personally called me with the bad news. What I remember most about that conversation, though, is that he didn't just tell me there was a problem. He immediately told me there was a plan. MINI would fast-track a replacement JCW built to my original specifications, and MINI of Hawaii would make sure I had transportation in the meantime. They provided me with a courtesy Countryman S for nearly three months, at no cost to me, until my replacement JCW arrived in August. Throughout the entire process, Garthan kept me informed, answered what must have been a ridiculous number of questions from me, advocated for me with MINI USA, and continued helping me even after I took delivery. He and the dealership also worked with MINI USA on a goodwill gesture for the delay, which ultimately helped pay for a custom surfboard from a local Hawaii shaper. That's a pretty great ending to a story that started with my brand-new car being totaled before I ever got to drive it. Anyone can sell you a car when everything goes according to plan. You find out how good a dealership and its people really are when something goes badly wrong. That's why I'm especially glad I listened to Garthan and ordered through MINI of Hawaii rather than buying on the mainland and trying to handle everything myself. When the unexpected happened, I had someone here who took ownership of the problem and made sure I was taken care of. Garthan and the MINI of Hawaii team earned my business and my recommendation. Five stars and a huge mahalo.

I bought two tires from here for my Mercedes a few months ago, and honestly, they're some of the…read morebest tires I've ever purchased. I've tried saving money by going to Discount Tire and other cheaper places, but within a month or two, I'd end up running over something and getting an instant puncture. These two tires have been a completely different experience. They're extremely strong and durable, seriously, they feel like hammer status! They're a little more expensive upfront, but the quality is absolutely worth it because they're built to last and don't feel nearly as fragile as the cheaper tires I've purchased elsewhere. If you're tired of constantly replacing cheap tires and you're ready to actually invest in a quality set that can last, I highly recommend getting your tires from here. Sometimes spending a little more upfront saves you a lot more money and headaches in the long run!

Did my lift here years ago, also this event happened years ago. (review is very late, but started…read morethinking as I saw ads for them on Facebook regularly, people need to be aware of their practice) apparently they didn't tighten the steering knuckle lower 2 bolts on my Tacoma, clearly before I left I saw a thread sticking out on the lower control arm bolts, didn't say anything as I'd thought they'd honor their work, and thought they possibly even messed up the threads on that bolt that was loose which is why it didn't go all the way in, (as a mechanic I'm not going to touch something I'm afraid will break which would turn to my fault, liability is pretty important in the automotive service industry) they reassured me before I left that everything was perfect even though the skid plate wasn't installed as well until I said something, then within less than 6000 miles down the road and within less than a 6 month period, lower control arm came loose and went straight to the floor, took it back to them with a tow truck and they charged me for the labor to replace a lifetime warranty part from rough country as well as a CV axle that got damage due to collateral damage from the bolt coming loose. Clearly they didn't tighten the bolt with their response as "we loctite everything" well loctite only goes a long way when the bolt is torqued with a torqued wrench. A real shop would've comp everything and own up to their mistake and repair it for free due to technician negligence. But that didn't happen, rather just down another couple hundred dollars, around $800-1,000 to fix their mistake. But I mean the lifetime part was free which was great, one company at least honored something. Never coming back here again, neither will ever be involved with this shop ever again. Still have my receipt and can easily warranty stuff yourself on rough country website. Wasn't going to argue with these guys in person as they're pretty intimidated and aggressive when you put them on the spot. So it's easier to result in online reviews and let people know their practice as they're also firm with whatever they say with no room for talk or solution unless I'm guessing legal action is taken or a harsh review is made. They honestly just hungry for money, made the victim an even bigger one.
