I left the last two Cincinnati Doctors because of poor screening with the first and poor billing practices with the second. I met with Dr. Brown for the first time in October of 2022. The nurse (her name escapes me) was professional and administered local anesthetic virtually painlessly. Dr. Brown seemed professional, and compassionate. She completed a full body check, froze some sites and took one biopsy. The administrative staff I have spoken with and met are pleasant and professional.

The other reviewer was never actually treated…read more Personally, if I was receiving injectables I would want them to have as many methods of contact as possible in case of a recall. Anyway, I had a series of wonderful experiences with Dr. Mayfield. I received a thoughtful and helpful consultation, followed by a series of microdermabrasion treatments. Those treatments included makeup removal and facial cleansing. The cleansing was followed by a very intensive microdermabrasion, using three different tips all over the face and down the neck. The treatment was then followed by a deep cleansing facial, and a soothing moisturizer and a sunscreen. The aesthetician who performed all of the cleansing and extra special treatment played soothing music and lowered the lights. I left looking and feeling refreshed. I got six treatments for $500, spending less than I had elsewhere for a whole lot more. I'll be returning.

She then added that in case there was a recall and my phone number changes, they would send me certified mail. . My privacy is more important than her records. I felt disappointed to leave without the service since I had planned my entire day around the apt. She indicated without the info, they will not serve. Too bad because I am a loyal client with excellent credit. The office is clean and organized and has excellent parking.

She explained thoroughly how invasive the surgery would be and what to expect post-op. After discussing it with my partner I decided to go ahead with the vaginoplasty and labiaplasty minora. On the day of my surgery I was greeted by Stephanie who answered any questions or concerns about the procedures and she made me feel at ease about my own female anatomy I personally think as women we can be very critical and make unfair comparisons /assumptions. Dr. Brenner greeted me warmly when she came in to perform the surgery. I was really anxious about the procedure being performed under local anesthesia but, impressed that both Stephanie and Dr. Brenner made sure I was relaxed and at ease prior getting started. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience medically or received higher quality care in my life. Everything about the surgery was as described, and the medication was sufficient to keep the pain to a minimum post op. I will say the 2 week bedrest was extremely important in the healing process. I am 9 weeks post op and I am ecstatic with the results and so is my partner! Considering the type of surgery I had a fair amount of fear and anxiety built up about the appearance after, and if I would have a loss of feeling or the ability to have an orgasm, enjoy sex etc. I am so happy I am at a pre childbirth state internally and externally. I am so happy I chose Dr. Amy Brenner to this surgery over a plastic surgeon. The skill and care from Dr. Brenner and her staff along with the transparency about the procedures is the reason I believe my results are what they are. If you are considering any type of gynecological cosmetic surgery I highly recommend Dr. Amy Brenner. You will not receive better care or experience! I didn't feel like a patient.
