Fast forward to the completion of the product, it became evident that the tile was defective. An inspector from Floor & Decor confirmed that the tiles were defective & it would be hard to tell as such until they were installed. Floor & Decor offered us a refund of said tiles but our entire brand new bathroom needed to be redone because of the defects. Floor & Decor refused to refund us of costs accrued because of their defective tiles, and to make it even worse, continued to sell the defective tiles in store.
