My understanding is that white and yellow onions are for cooking and red is for raw consumption, this gyro was packed with white raw onion and the outer skin. I have eaten at over 50 Greek/Mediterranean restaurants and not one comes close to this. The food is fresh, flavorful and the portion size is awesome. The owners of the restaurant are really kind and you can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience and put a ton of effort into making sure the food is delicious and authentic. After eating here it will be very difficult to enjoy any other greek restaurants. I enjoy trying new places but this is definitely going to be somewhere I will frequently visit.
