Visited this place to kick off our cousins trip and the drinks were amazing. Mimosa flights were awesome. There was also a Bloody Mary bar in which you were able to build your own with all of the toppings which was super neat for a set price. Y'all...... this place SLAPS! I wish we had this in Orange County.... We went to Scottsdale during Labor Day weekend. This was our FIRST stop. I loved our experience at their Arcadia location, so we had to come here. The DJ greets you with the sweet sounds of brunch hits. Our server was awesome! She made my partner and I feel special. It was a fun atmosphere but the whole experience could be better. We got there at 10am right before it got packed (around 11am) so we were sat quickly which was nice. We were sat in a corner right next to the kitchen and only had the option to both sit on the same side of the table. Our service was a little slow and I don't think the server realized we were sat there as it seemed like a makeshift table. We asked to close out at the end of our meal and he cleared the empty plates and never came back to close us out but closed the table next to us out immediately then came to close us out. The build your own Bloody Mary experience was fun but ran out of some items and were slow at replacing it. It was my first time doing it so I just kind of followed the people ahead of me and hoped it did it right but also feared of cross contaminating items on the line. This one was a bust for me. Not sure if I fit the demographics they are trying to serve on Friday through Sunday. First time at this location. Wow they have a DJ and a Bloody Mary Bar. A bit too early for me and so much for a quiet breakfast. Outside waiting area is in the sun so don't forget your sun screen and perhaps ear plugs Have been to three Hash Kitchens in the Valley. They are usually loud, however, this location has a DJ except Monday through Thursday and if you don't like loud music or want to have a reasonable conversation with your friends, don't go here or plan on sitting outside. They do have misters on the outside patio. I measured 77 decibels inside. My server said they also monitor noise. FYI at 85 decimals the workers would be subject to hearing conservation programs so don't forget to provide them a generous tip. I decided to try a meal since had planned a meet on the weekend at this location. Ordered the best F#*!ing Birria Hash. Expectations were high. The dish had chilie braised beef, hash potatoes, mozzarella cheese, taco shells, white onions, cilantro and two fried eggs. This was served with a consume. In other words, it is pot roast with fried potatoes and eggs. Had to ask for the Chipotle to add some kick. The taco shells had melted cheese in them. It was edible but my name for this dish would be F#*ing pot roast , potatoes and eggs. It was mediocre at best for my tastes. Made arrangements for a different breakfast venue. If you're looking for a lavish, instagram-friendly, photo-worthy, $75 brunch for two - this is it. If you're a health conscious individual with any dietary concerns, don't bother. The staff was quite "uppity" as was the clientele. Overall, I was just frustrated that it wasn't Snooze that is so kind and helpful to people with any dietary restrictions. We were 15-20 minutes late and very close to closing because of delayed flights, but they were so welcoming and so accommodating. Food & ambiance was good & fun. Really the spot for large parties. The downfall is the service there was miscommunication when I called in to ask about the wait time and upon arrival they made it seem like there were no tables available to accommodate us but there were plenty of tables available. I will say the food was impeccable. I'm not a fan of chilaquiles but this totally changed my mind. Portion is pretty huge & I'm glad I split the dish but also we were able to get something savory & sweet. They do not sleep on the drinks either. I had gotten a flight of mimosa and I swear I was feeling it after the 3rd one but it was my bach so I got to live a little but also didn't expect the buzz so early at like 11 AM.
