Knowing you have a solid, reputable contractor by a huge group of the YELP community takes a lot of that anxiety away. I researched Bear here on Yelp & the company was even BETTER than the 5 star reviews. I had overslept due to said anxiety keeping me up until 4am the night before. They waited for me patiently when I didn't answer the door, didn't answer the phone, or respond the text. I was KNOCKED OUT & didn't hear my 5 alarms! I did however hear my cat HOWLING telling me, WOMAN GET YOUR #### UP! Bear Could have easily just left. I had been holding off on getting these things done due to said anxiety so going thru finding someone else & scheduling again would have been pure horror for me. I am so grateful they were EARLY & had some extra time to wait for me. I also had a big event (Yelpies) the same day so I was so concerned about being late but Bear was 15 mins early which to them is how they operate. They had my 8 requests we aligned on up & memorized. New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! So I was in the process of adding a Tesla Wall Connector to my home. I sent out a request to three…read moredifferent companies ( all Tesla Certified installers ). All were prompt in their responses and provided well written proposals. Only Grayzer included the cost of a permit in their proposal. Further a friend had their wall panel upgraded and their Tesla Wall Connector installed by Grayzier and recommended them highly. After looking at the reviews for the different certified installers, and given that a permit is required in my town to install an EV charger, I went with Grayzer. They provided a date and service window ( a week in advance of my appointment ) and the electrician, Max, pinged me about an hour prior to his arrival. I showed Max my ideal location for the Tesla Wall Connector and he was able to accommodate without having to cut away any drywall or running conduit outside the wall ( YMMV ). Very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took the information/pictures required by Tesla and by my town's permitting authority, commissioned the Wall Connector, showed my how to add it to the Tesla Application on my iPhone and verified that it was charging at the specified rate (48 amps). He was happy to answer any questions I might have, and I am just delighted by the service and work done. I would recommend highly to friends, neighbors, et al. Welp, the only exterior outlet was on the front porch, (hardly a place you want a transformer mounted, let alone deal with wires snaking along the ground before reaching the flower beds). With only 48 hours before work was to begin, the hunt for a company to punch out an interior outlet, (at a perfect spot on the front side of the house), to install an exterior was still on. Over a dozen companies later, no one could help, even with a surcharge applied. Nada, zilch, zip. Their industry has been busy for a while, (which is awesome), but makes it hard to achieve fast results. Then, Cedar Park Electric was called. They were understanding, and said if we could be flexible with the show up time, then they could manage to get someone out to us the following day. David did just that, and completed the task very quickly. What was likely seen as too small of a task by some companies meant everything to us for accomplishing our project. The costs were fair for the work and quick response, and we will not forget who was willing & able to squeeze us in the next time we need something done, (though hopefully with much better and advanced planning on our part for sure).
