Fortunately, the sides completely saved the plate. The potato salad was well-balanced and creamy, and the baked beans packed rich, hearty flavor. To cap it off, the signature cornbread muffins--served as two bite-sized, sweet delights--were absolute perfection and easily the highlight of the meal.
