Great ambiance and a variety of food! I loved this place. Food halls are made for me because I like to eat different types of food at the same meal. I got the chicken kebabs from Zatar, best kebabs I've ever had from a Mediterranean restaurant. They came with rice and a green salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. For dessert I got biscuit bread pudding from Chick & Biscuit. I am a bread pudding aficionado and this bread pudding did not disappoint! Made with a homemade biscuit and topped with whipped cream and praline pecans, I was in heaven. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food and enjoys a lively atmosphere. read more

First time visit to this place. Went here for an outdoor concern. Great venue and having all the restaurants inside was nice. There's a good variety of food and drinks. There is also a restaurant bar with live music which was also packed and everyone looked to be entertained. I also want to mention the parking garage is a definite plus with parking only being $2 and there were plenty of spaces and very convenient to the hotel!Fantastic venue inside and out ! read more

Went to try this place out with some friends on a Saturday night. They have like 7 different eateries inside and a full bar. I like the rail station ambiance and they had live music inside and outside. 1 of the eateries is specifically desserts. The other 6 were: Easy Slider (American), Chick & Biscuit (American), Monkey King (Asian), Spuntino (Italian), Arepas TX (South American) and a Mediterranean place that I can't remember the name of. I went with Easy Slider and got their 2 for $12 Sliders. I got 1 It's All Gouda and 1 The Glazed and Confused, which is a $1 up charge and only available Saturday and Sunday. The beef patties were nice and juicy and do come out medium (pink) in the middle standard. I liked the It's All Gouda but a bit biased since I love gouda. The glazed and confused was meh, the donut bun wasn't grilled like I thought it would be and really did not add anything to it. I would opt to stay away from it and there is a $1 up charge for it too. I also got the Loaded Tots $10. This is meant to be shared and I was glad the tots maintained their crispiness with all the ranch, cheese and bacon crumbles on top. I parked in the connected garage and if you can get in and out quick enough I believe it is free but it was $5 for parking when I left. May be better to park down the street for free and walk to it. I have noticed with most of these food hall type places they do not accept cash, they are card only. Overall, it wasn't bad but not great either. Love this place! Multiple great food options to please everyone - sliders, Italian, bowls, Venezuelan, tacos, desserts, etc with ample seating. Great atmosphere as it is decorated like an old train station. Also alcohol options for the adults. Attached the the Vin Hotel so you have a parking garage and good, clean bathrooms. read more

Decided to try Zatar, ordered the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich. If you ever been around any Mediterranean restaurant, you serve that in a pita bread! Not at this place. The place is open and inviting to sit and relax. The variety of things to choose from is great for people with varying tastes. The biggest plus though was that it's right off the train stop. Fun and comfy atmosphere to be in. Plenty of choices for food. My kids had a good time: one had Asian the other had hamburger. After we all ate, we sat in the Third Rail dining/entertainment venue (which was empty at the time) and watched a lil TV on the big (and I mean VERY BIG) screen, while they ate their dessert. After that, we looked around the connected Hotel Vin and then sat outside in the green patio area next to the Grapevine Vintage Railroad station. There's also a Main Outdoor Plaza on the other side of the venue. It was a very pleasant outing. I'd like to return with my hubby for a date night for entertainment. It's family and date-night friendly, as well as birthdays, anniversaries, anything. I also like that they have an attached garage for parking and the cost is very reasonable ($1/hr after a free 90 mins!); or you can take the TEXRail to Harvest Hall, the commuter rail connecting DFW airport and Fort Worth. I have mixed feelings on this place. The vibe and the building are great with lots of options for food and drinks. Tons of natural light and love the old train station feel. There was a good mix of families and couples and it seems like the type of place that caters to all kinds. It's too hot right now to hang out outside but I loved the patio and outdoor area. Once it cools down it'll be a great place to hang out and listen to music. There's ice cream and coffee as well as a large bar. My issue was with the food itself. I got arepas from the arepa place and they were dry and flavorless, but very expensive. My husband got sliders and tots and they were amazing - really good! But expensive! Two sliders and tots (which is a fairly big portion) plus water was $35! I like the variety and ability to order lots of different things but for a casual food that's hit or miss it was expensive. read more

She literally wears a smile each time she greets customers! She is pleasant and never seems inconvenienced by the smallest request to satisfy her guest.
