This spot is located inside the GW Market's main entrance on the right. My initial impression was that this place was clean, easy to read menu, had a full area of drinks and a half stocked pastry glass display. I was greeted promptly and the lady was very patient and helpful in getting us started with some spam musubis and a large poke bowl. The musubis were a hit with the kids and I enjoyed my poke bowl. The food all tasted fresh with no odd flavors, smells or visible imperfections. Portion was about average for what you'd expect. Overall I would come here again when in the area.

WOW! What a hidden treasure this place was! It felt like searching for buried treasure! Let me tell you the secret; it's right inside of the market to your right! The lady running the show nearly by herself was so helpful and sweet. There is a small amount of seating for dine-in but feels more like a "takeout" type spot. However, this place has so much to offer from dozens of classic and specialty rolls to poke bowls and more. The quality is hands down 10/10 and at an amazing price! I felt like for the amount of food we ordered it would've been $50+ anywhere else, but it was only about $30+ and some change. We would absolutely come back and try other rolls and items off the menu. We are exited to come back and order the sushi party platter that runs anywhere from $50+ and up. Honestly you CANNOT beat that price & quality combo ANYWHERE for what they have to offer. Please show them some love and GO ORDER NOW! You won't regret it!

I was a little skeptical at first, as I tend to shy away from restaurants in grocery stores with the exception of Asian based stores. So when I saw this sushi/poke place inside the new Great Wall off of Havana, I was wary. However I looked at a few reviews and saw that though there were just a few they were all raving, so I took a chance. The shop itself is definitely a mom&pop owned shop. The owners (I assume) were a very sweet elderly couple, that I found to be helpful and endearing. They have a good variety of choices for their menu ranging from all kinds of sushi and rolls, choose your own poke bowls, kimbap and more. I went ahead and got two poke bowls (regular size 2 scoops) for me and my partner, and added eel for $1 each to both. The meal came with miso soup which was a pleasant surprise, and the eel portion was really generous! The cost came out to $36 with tax, though a little pricey I thought the portions were super generous and worth the price tag. The food is all very fresh and really delicious!! Definitely a gem, and I'll be stopping here frequently any time I need to grocery shopping. (Also Great Wall is by far the best Asian grocery store in denver that I've found)

Affordable and delicious sushi and rolls! They offer everything from poke, sushi rolls, nigiris, Korean gimbap, to even musubi. You can also custom order and add or take out anything you want or don't want. The place is designed as a grab and go type of style but there are few seats inside if you wanted to eat inside. It's located inside the plaza to Great Wall Supermarket and owned by a small family that's super hardworking so please go support a local business!

For a small shop, they do alright. They have a surprisingly robust menu for such a relatively small shop. The dishes I ordered were made fresh to the wait was a bit long but fresh dishes are worth it. Located in the lobby of Great Wall (formerly Pacific Ocean Market) it is a really convenient spot for a bite to eat.

I ordered a sushi tray here from here and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the tray was beautiful. It was a hit for girls night! The rainbow roll was my favorite. Definitely would order from here again for future parties! I called in and ordered ahead of time and was told it would take ~2hrs. I got there early and was able to shop around before I picked up. The place was very clean and the owners were very nice. They have a nice variety of rolls and great selection of cooked and vegan options which was great since one of my friends was pregnant and couldn't have raw fish. The also do poke bowls! I got the Roll Party Tray which included: Raw fish rolls: Rainbow roll, Spicy tuna roll Cooked rolls: Shrimp tempura roll, Amigo roll, Dynamite roll, Eel dragon roll, Spider roll, California avocado roll

it was delicious. My brother took me for the first time and it definitely won't be the last. Mr. Lee was so nice too definitely a plus. Only got one photo of the food it looked so good we just started eating.

The fish tasted fresh, portions were solid for a lunch special ($14 is a steal), and everything came out nicely arranged. Definitely a good value if you're craving sushi midday during the week. Came with miso soup. Service-wise, our waitress/hostess was clearly hardworking and very kind. The only small thing was that she cleared our dishes super quickly. She took away my miso soup before I was fully finished! But she was genuinely nice and attentive otherwise, so it didn't take away from the overall experience. The restaurant itself is pretty nice. Bathroom may need cleaning up a bit, but I mainly care about the food and service. Would come back again for the lunch specials!

Oh well. So although I can't talk about the ambiance, the quality it something I can. We ordered about $250 worth of food for 4 people. Delivery was about ~$20 because of a tip. Here is what we got: 1. Veggie Tempura: good assortment, however very small. 2. Gyoza: due to travel time it may have been less crispy, but it was good flavor. 3. Crispy Rice: the crispy rice was good, but almost stale like, so it was a bit texturally different. Sashimi: 1. King Salmon: it was good but disliked the wasabi on top. 2. Salmon: nice and fresh; I did like it. 3. Hamachi: it was fresh and very light. 4. Tuna: honestly disliked this one the most. It was a bit fish-y. 5. Octopus: I surprisingly liked this! It wasn't as chewy as I thought it would be. Nigiri: 1. Wagyu Nigiri: the meat was a bit too tough, and for almost $17 it was a bit spendy. 2. Salmon: Rice to fish ratio was okay. 3. King Salmon: Loved the flavor with rice better than just sashimi. Rolls: 1. House Roll: I loved the flavor and nice presentation. 2. Yellow Tail jalapeño: The yellowtail was great but the large chunks of Jalapeño was not my favorite. 3. Avocado: Basic, nothing special 4. Tuna Maki: it was good, but again the tuna was not my favorite. Miso soup and salad were all just basic. Overall I would love to try this in person

The yellowtail had the perfect kick, but the ebi nigiri was the real star for me--so good. Such a cute little spot for a casual date or a food hall crawl. You order off the menu with an erasable pen which is very smart. Many Japanese restaurants (especially when ordering sashimi, nigiri, rolls) use a ton of paper for their orders. We did have a waitress but the staff helps one another running drinks and food. The food was very good, fresh and I'd definitely go back. My suggestions would be bringing the dishes out over time. We received almost everything at once and the table was very full. The bathrooms are part of Stanley and are fine. They are usually clean. The parking is shared with all the Stanley Marketplace so it depends on time/day as to how easy or hard it is to find a space.

I'm not sure if the restaurant recently went under new ownership, but the quality felt very different from what I'm used to. The food lacked flavor overall. My girlfriend ordered the edamame, and it was completely tasteless, looked old, and didn't even have the proper vibrant green color you'd expect. The service was extremely slow -- we waited over 40 minutes, and when our food finally arrived, the server didn't seem to know what she was serving us, which was frustrating. When the sushi eventually came out, it was just okay at best. I'd rate it around a 6/10, which is disappointing considering how consistent this place used to be. I also noticed the server clearing dirty plates and handling used items with her bare hands, then immediately picking up clean utensils, chopsticks, and drinks without washing or sanitizing her hands. Since we were seated for over 50 minutes waiting for our food, we had plenty of time to observe what was going on around us, and unfortunately we noticed several concerning hygiene and service issues during that time. I hope this was just an off night, because this spot used to be one of my go-to sushi places. By Ambiance was alright over all needed more cleanliness and attention to your tables .

I get that they were busy, but that's still a pretty ridiculous wait, especially when you're just trying to get situated and settle in. The overall vibe of the place is pretty average restaurant energy, nothing bad, just nothing that really stands out. The one thing I did really like was the presentation. They brought the sushi out on a boat, which was super fun and definitely made the meal feel a lot more special. It's a cute touch and probably the highlight of the whole experience. Unfortunately, the sushi itself didn't sit well with me at all. It made my stomach hurt really badly afterward, and it also messed up my mother-in-law's stomach too, which was super disappointing. When food looks great but makes you feel horrible later, it's hard to overlook. That being said, my sister really loves their Yummy Roll, it's her favorite and we haven't been able to find it anywhere else. So even though this visit wasn't great, I'm sure we'll end up coming back at some point just because of that one roll. I just really hope the next experience is better.
