The huge lack of safety, awareness and compliance from the staff after the incident was incredibly poor. Nice try passing the blame though.

This is the first apartment building I moved into where there isn't a traditional office open during the week that you can walk into to meet the building managers. You have to drive to the cornerstone office location to pick up the keys which wasn't clearly communicated to me when I arrived at the apartment complex hoping to pick up my keys when my lease started. Luckily though the move in process was smooth and I didn't need to contact the office to use a dolly or anything, though that would have been helpful. Since I moved in I received 2 large packages that I could not carry up to my apartment without a dolly or assistance. I called the office number and connected with Doug, who promptly got back to me and said he was on the way to the building see if there was a dolly I could use. Next thing I know he was at my door and had brought the package up himself! He is super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my packages. The gym has all the necessities and feels clean. The building feels safe and the butterfly entry option is super convenient when ordering takeout/delivery. Overall a great move in experience and apartment complex.

First off, the elevator situation is unacceptable. There are hundreds of residents in this building and there are supposed to be 3 elevators; however, I cannot remember the last time all 3 elevators worked. Lately, we've been lucky to have 2 elevators functioning. Wait times have exceeded 10 min just to get out of the building. If you're hiring movers, expect to pay double. For months now, the building has been under construction on the main floor and in amenities included in our monthly fees; it's a hazard and it's extremely unpleasant. Packages and mail are often inaccessible or difficult to get to. It doesn't seem to have an end in sight. We've had our water shut off due to various leaks all over the building several times now. I understand things happen, but it seems it's always something major when living here lately. Management does not care about you or your experience with Griffis. They clearly do not prioritize safety or comfort and will do nothing to make up for the terrible experience. With the amount of money we pay to live here, I would expect something to change. Joseph is the only staff member who makes it an enjoyable place! I used to think I'd never want to leave this apartment, but I broke my lease and am moving out this weekend and truly cannot wait to be out of here. Do yourself a favor and trust the recent reviews. Don't get stuck in this building (literally) - there are plenty of luxury homes with great views in this area.

The staff is extremely attentive, neighbors are fun and outgoing, community events are very well organized. We absolutely loved the neighborhood: lots of bars, restaurants, Trader Joe's, hair/nail salons, a great park, convenient bus stop with plenty of buses going Downtown, easy access to Cherry Creek bike trail - everything is within 2 minute walk! The apartment itself was very nice: we had one bedroom with a balcony, and we were the first people to live in it. We didn't have one issue with any appliances/fixtures the entire time we lived there. And any small requests (e.g. lightbulb changes in the overhead stove light) were taken care of the same day. The finishes are very nice and modern, and the windows (especially in the bedroom) are huge! Lots of natural light. One thing I personally enjoyed in particular - because of how well this complex was built, it retains heat extremely well. In the two winters that we spent in the complex, we turned the heat on for approximately 2 hours the entire season. The apartment just stayed warm! And surprisingly, it didn't get too hot in the summer either so A/C never ran for too long. While there are not too many amenities, 7/S has everything you will truly need: fantastic gym with windows all around, great rooftop with mountain views and grills, cozy common area upstairs with several TVs, nice fireplace, and a shuffle board. On one hand, I wish this building had a pool. On the other - every other building that has a pool inevitably becomes an extension of a frat house in the summer since everybody constantly throws parties in the pool area. I would hate to live in one of those buildings during summertime! Unfortunately we had to break the lease because we moved to SF for work, but the entire process was smooth and painless (I should mention that we weren't able to sublet our apartment and had to pay the fee, but we had a very short notice and the fee is outlined in the lease, so it was completely fair). The only negative event that occurred while we lived in 7/S was the bike theft, and unfortunately our bike was stolen during the first (out of three) round. However renter's insurance took care of it within 2 business days so while very sad - at least it wasn't a financial burden. If this building in your price range and close to where you want to be - definitely consider moving here! Will be best decision of your life!

Was definitely concerned that I'd be discriminated against like in the past for being a transgender and LGBTQ+ resident but so far they have been so great of management. I did have some issues getting my hot water fixed for a while but I know that they did everything they could less replacing the whole water heater and then they eventually did that too. The only thing I can think of that I am a bit bothered by is that I can't seem to get them to fix my log in to the online portal and that does take away from my rights as a tenant to report maintenance issues, view/print copies of my account statements and pay my rent bill online. Wish they'd fix this soon because I've sent so many emails addressing the issue without even a response from the management. I look forward to renewing my lease soon because they are overall a great company to work with and I love the townhouses. I'm looking forward to getting my renewal notice since I know you guys are super fair and understanding management. I struggled with a chronic fatigue illness over the last 2 years, and when I moved in I didn't realize that the trash is a very long walk from my apartment, as well as the mail, and the parking garage. I opted for street parking, but there was never parking when I got home late from work, and one night in January I parked next to the park near Speer and the hard top of my Jeep wrangler was completely stolen and I had no roof and was forced to move my car into the garage. The garage was nice to have, but everything felt so hard to do, including the laundry since it wasn't located in my building, I had to lug it over to another building. Every door on the property is a pain to get open, you need both hands for all of of them. The boiler releases a sewer smell and it filled my apartment all the way up on the top floor. Maintenance was great, and Caitlin the concierge was amazing, but since she has left, I can hardly get ahold of anyone. No one answers the phones, when there's mistakes with my rent no one answers me. The rent has been way higher than I expected over the summer, when everyone's using air conditioners. My base was $1612, but all summer it all shook out to over $2,000 for my one bedroom. I think it's a very beautiful apartment, but I just don't think it's worth 2,000 with all the inconveniences and there is no dishwasher. There has been a bent angled parking sign next to the dog park, and 2 days ago my boyfriend ran face first into it lol. Theres the smell of wet dog anywhere near the dog amenities, and dog shit everywhere. I have heard a lot of stories of people who live in the towers being really rich and snooty, and those giant towers completly block the sun for the entire neighborhood. I was excited to have some south facing windows, but only got less than an hour of sun in the winter when it peaks through between the towers. I wouldn't recommend people to not live here, it just wasn't worth the money for me for what it was.

Getting electrocuted by old socket causing injury. Took having to CC the other property manager (clester@broerealestate.com) before even getting a reply. * Well over 25 + emails sent to 3 different property managers (Jodi, Paul and Courtney) since September 2023 regarding the issue of Towers residents repeatedly breaking rules set by CCT&G meaning we have been woken up between the hours of 11pm - 6am since September 2023 countless times only to occasionally get a reply like "are you sure its not people in the common areas?" when you can see from the photos the dog run gate which is getting slammed and area where residents stand talking and drinking and smoking clearly in the photos and just shows managements lack of care. I've even told clester@broerealestate.com that I will leave this review because it seems the only place you get any replies if you're a garden resident. * Ops Manager - yelled at the cleaning team for 15 minutes and threatened them all with their jobs, again right outside our window for not picking up enough dog shit when its the towers residents who let their dogs shit there and don't pick it up. Ive sent several emails including with clear descriptions of guilty parties- again nothing done about it * Towers residents constantly let their dogs out of the towers off leash as soon as they are out of the building causing so much chaos and dog fights. * Dillon who toured us only spoke to my wife during our tour and only acknowledges her since touring despite me walking directly past him only 2 days after we were sitting in his office and signing all paperwork. He also lied about the noise in the apartment stating he had lived in it and "was surprised at how little amount of noise was heard" Pros * we actually love our apartment and initially were so happy to live there * The cleaning and maintenance team are great and do deserve their jobs and most likely deserve a raise to put up with all they do. * Rae as mentioned in other reviews is amazing. She is the reason for all the positive reviews. (You'll notice property management is never mentioned positively once) I hope Broe real estate pay her very well cause she definitely deserves it with all the complaining she'd have to listen too. Amazing with dogs and really cares about her job. This is the first negative review I have ever left. It is a direct result of being ignored constantly for 6 months by the property managers. They do remove negative reviews so don't be fooled by positive ones if you plan to live in the gardens of CCT&G.
