Figure it out Circa Fitzsimons. Average apartment complex. Nice amenities (basketball court, pool, hot tub etc) but they try to nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! The new package retrieval system is why I'm writing this review. We now are being charged extra money every month for a package room where packages are regularly stolen. And if you don't pick them up in 2 days they charge you $5 per day. Sometimes when you've already retrieved your packages. read more

Luxury apartments in Central Park. I've lived here for nearly a year and decided to stay at least another year because of the location, amenities, posh apartments and the amenities. Perfect location if you want to live between downtown and the airport. There is really nothing that isn't nearby. Actually, other than going to the grocery store... you don't have to leave the complex. Huge full size gym, pool, jacuzzi, food truck days, outdoor party area, barbecues and pizza ovens, half sized indoor basketball court and just as importantly, it's secure and safe. I also like they have a secure package system so your items don't get stolen. Staff is very polite and willing to help. Apartments are posh... beautiful finishes and appliances. Unless I'm spending over $3,000 a month to live in a swanky high-rise, I wouldn't live anywhere else in Denver. read more

Lived here since 2020 when the property opened And was under different management. Started great and spiraled downhill. The only good thing is it's close to my work. Paying for packages, having the package room broken into, constant theft, staff needing their hands held and reminded for the simplest of things. This is just to name a few. Everything was clean and move in ready. The apartment i chose is a bit small, no storage space or linen closet. They do have larger apartments. I appreciate the elevator after coming home from work. Summary: I stayed here 3 months and would not recommend it, especially if you want your security deposit back. There are a lot of hidden charges beyond normal wear and tear, high crime, high rent, and deceiving benefits (e.g. most open only during business hours). Make sure to video / take pictures of everything before moving in and when you move out because if you're like us, you're unlikely to get your deposit back for normal wear and tear. Cons: * Lied to during final walkthrough (Service Manager pointed at small paint chipping and said they wouldn't be charged, but then we were charged $187) * Move out charges are beyond normal wear and tear - e.g. we were only there for 3 months, didn't put up anything on the wall, but were charged $187 for painting, $95 for carpet cleaning, and a $145 cleaning fee. See pictures of paint and carpet that they provided. Apartment manager offered a 20% discount for the 'painting fees', but I didn't accept on principle that it shouldn't have been charged to begin with (given no receipt for what the $187 consisted of) * For missing/non returned items, they'll charge you $25 per key, $75 per key fob, $75 per garage remote, $75 per amenity wristband (they'll give you 4, 2 for you and 2 for guests; they're basically rubber wristbands), and $75 per valet trash can * Broken door to the garage (wouldn't close fully or lock) when we moved in * Never got the keys to the back door entrance, even after asking again at the front desk * They told us the wrong location for the mailbox (multiple times) * Your shipments (e.g. UPS) are sometimes just left outside (especially if they can't fit in one of the small mailboxes) * Address for shipments is difficult to find; I had amazon shipments unable to find the address and get returned * Office is another separate monthly cost, the wifi is completely unsecured (don't check your bank account on this wifi) and slow * Pool - entrance lock was broken, literally saw meth heads in the hot tub * Towing - Wyatts Towing, look up their Google Reviews and you'll see how predatory they are * Crime - literally multiple car break ins and people stealing bikes from the balcony. Initially loved this place, but with new management it has gone downhill and I will not be renewing. There is a car break in (or two) every other day (I have proof from the resident portal), dog poop everywhere, and there was a shooting with poor response from management. Trash piles up like a landfill. When calling the office, except for emergency maintenance, residents ALWAYS get a voicemail, whereas previous management had a line set up directly for residents. The place is noisy and constantly smells like various types of smoke. I tried posting pictures of the conditions here on a different site but my review got mysteriously removed. PLEASE look at the 1 star reviews for this place that are "not recommended." They paint an accurate picture. read more

My car was STOLEN here. There are constant break-ins, stolen packages, shootings, etc here. Absolutely not worth all the money you pay to live here. The management and staff are very apathetic. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. read more

This apartment complex used to be owned and operated by Solana Fitzsimons. Since the change of management and workers I have felt that as a tenant they were bothered to help with any questions. Since they just took over, they just seem to care about the money and nothing else. The amenities in place before this management came here sold me on the complex, but I'm not sure if they will keep them up to par. Previous team was communicative, reliable and went above and beyond to explain the propriety. These people don't know anything because they just moved in with little training. Also the lack of communication, as well as having to deal with the transition was annoying. I will be looking else where when my lease is up. The location is underwhelming and there are way more affordable luxury apartments in the area and in better areas. read more

I thought both management companies were good, they are responsive and overly friendly not sure what people on here are talking about. Everything is nice and the value is good. My favorite two things about the property are..... A) the gym is one of the best I've ever seen especially for the size of the property, it's awesome. Secondly the lounge area is great. This is a terrible apartment complex. Would never recommend to anyone. Having guests cars towed away is a very bad practice especially when there are numerous amounts of spaces all over. Essentially it is just a scam to get more money with parking permits or forcing tenants to buy a garage. Nice job to the shady management for instilling a community like environment. read more

People complain a lot but any issue I've had was responded to with further questions for more information and then handled almost immediately. My sink collapsed early one morning, reached out to maintenance and while I was at work the issue was fixed. It was as if nothing had happened when I returned home that night. read more

This is a very well constructed and high-quality property from top to bottom. The individual apartments have a feeling of exceptional quality and safety. Every common area and hallway is secured with the same electronic, high-tech, electronic locks found on the apartment's doors. This double security gives me a safe feeling. Finish out is far above any other property I toured. For those of us who enjoy cooking, the apartments have gas stoves. All of the appliances are very high quality as you would have in a private home. The staff is professional, low-key, and no pressure while meeting my every need on my first visit. Update: elevator was broke around noon yesterday and at 9 am still was NOT fixed being the only elevator in the building. Extremely inconvenient for myself who is on the 4th floor and lugging around a suitcase to the airport. I also know there is a family on my floor who uses a stroller for their children. Doesn't sound like a good time at all. It's a bummer that Solana was our prior company because they set the bar so high! read more

The apartments are pretty but the leasing office is nearly worthless the people are nice enough but they don't respond to emails, phone calls are sent to an offsite team, and there is NO concern for safety of self and personal property. Package lockers are outside and knowing full well that parcel carriers leave packages/mail on the ground right in front of the lockers, nothing has been done. I have had maybe 20% of packages I get make it to the right place, due in part to the parcel service, but also in part to the fact that the constant wandering crackheads have full access to the package lockers. Which, by the way, there are lots of them so don't leave anything in your vehicle. The "security" is never present. The office is always locked with a come back later sign even during the short operating hours. Our renewal is HIGHER than the advertised price online AND we've lived with equity for 4 years now. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The best part about this place is the maintenance team. They're so nice they take care of problems immediately and are overall just great. You pay for all the common space heat and they keep it at about 95° all winter so your electric bill is always $200+ and they will not even provide a statement for you to verify. This is the worst management and property I've live at in my life. We have had issues with neighbors violating a variety of rules within the lease agreement as well as committing several crimes. We have the complex aware of this reality for months with no action from the management. They have lied to us repeatedly saying the issue will be taken care of in a month, or a week, or a month again. Now 6 months after dealing with this a drive by shooting occurs involving the unit adjacent to ours. Management's response to this was essentially a shrug. We asked to stay in a hotel for the weekend while police investigate given we obviously don't feel safe, and management said they would not accommodate that request. We asked to be let out of our lease given the unsafe environment, and management we would have to pay the absurdly expensive fee for breaking the lease. It's been a truly disturbing and frightening experience and management hasn't done a single thing to try and make us feel safe or to make up for this situation they have created for all those living in our building. The icing on the cake is the apartment can't even manage the simple aspects of their jobs. The garbage is constantly overflowing. Complaints have been pouring in from all in the community about this and every month there is some new date that the issue will be fixed by a new vendor. But nothings changes. Cars are constantly broken into on property and management has done nothing about this either. What's the worst thing about all this is that the property is owned by an enormous, well funded company Equity real estate which has all the resources in the world to fix all these problems. They simply choose not to so they can maximize their profit margin. I will be saving this review and reposting it as often as is necessary, so they can continue to choose to take it down as often as they want. read more

These apartments had so much potential. Very nice units right by the CU anschutz campus. Unfortunately the management is horrible and the units are actually fairly cheaply built. Walls are PAPER thin so our neighbors next door make our apartment smell like the inside of a cannabis shop. We can hear every footstep and sneeze of the people living above us. The complex has horrible security as well with car thefts and break-ins happen weekly. We watch drugs being dealt on our street and even saw a drug bust happen right outside our unit. Apartment management cant even do the simple things like ensure trash pickup is done. The garbage is constantly full so much so much that now one of the garbage bins has a colony of bees residing in it. It would be one thing if these were dirt cheap apartments, but there are plenty of more affordable units in the area. The apartment management to all of the complaints from everyone living here is a shrug. Go somewhere else. read more
