From my initial service, it's a yes from me. We recently purchased a house, and if you're anywhere…read morein Houston at the moment you already know why we needed extermination services. This time of year, it's common to come across ants, roaches, and spiders, all of which we wanted...well, outside of the home by the time we moved in. I went with TruForce for two reasons. 1. The competitive pricing, and 2. The responsiveness and professionalism of the team. Request-a-quote on Yelp is thus far 3/3 for me. As others mentioned, these folks are responsive, polite, prompt, and professional. I needed assistance within a few days, and they were on it. From request a quote, to a quick phone convo, booking online, a courtesy call before arrival, and a quick educational termite prevention and extermination servicing, this team has a way of making extermination quick and painless. Jaden handled our termite prevention installation and Steven handled our extermination services. I'd recommend both. Fast forward 6 months, would still recommend!

In not even 24 hours we've already seen a great deal less of the living bugs which gives me great confidence in the work Bulwark is doing for a great cost. Unrelated to the work Bobby did, there was some difficulty getting the service started as there seemed to be a disconnect between the field techs and the office, which had been frustrating but it was cleared up as quickly as it could be and great service was rendered!

The quality of customer service is awful. You will have to chase them down just to get routine…read moreservice. For 2 years in our new house we signed up for the routine service, and he would call and arrange to spray 2-3 times a year, BUT as soon as we developed a cockroach problem last year we have been basically left on our own. Our regular tech came out when we called, but then no follow up. We called again 2 weeks later and they sent a new tech. Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

A weird man came to my house yesterday 25 minutes early. It was imperative for them to come after 5…read morebecause I just got off of work and I needed time to get things ready. But I let him in and offered him a drink. I pulled out everything from the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets like I was told. I also pulled every piece of furniture away from the baseboards. So it seemed messy. The only thing the bug guy pointed out to me was behind the stove. Which I did not know was not supported by brackets locking it in. Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I. Which could lead to financial losses for myself. Beware of unprofessionalism this company may give false representation of character and accusations of misuse of properties.

I walked out of my room and came face-to-face with the biggest bug I've ever seen--what I later learned was a wood roach--just casually hanging out on my ceiling like it paid rent. I absolutely panicked. I was near tears and had no idea what to do. I called Chase Pest Control in a total state of distress, and I cannot thank them enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Despite a full-on storm outside, they were at my home in less than 10 minutes. I truly felt like they saved my life. If you're new to Texas (or just hate bugs like me), I highly recommend Chase Pest Control. They are fast, reliable, and truly go above and beyond--even in the rain. Thank you so much, Chase Pest Control--you have a customer for life! --Nicole
