My friend, who was visiting and unfamiliar with the area, was put out on the street without her phone, leaving her with no way to get home safely. That alone was concerning enough. When I calmly asked a bouncer (a Black man with dreadlocks) for his name so I could follow up with management the next day, I was laughed at and told that the managers "do not care." That response was shocking and incredibly unprofessional. When I then respectfully asked if I could just make sure my friend was okay and get her belongings back, I was physically pushed out the door with hands and yelled at with no explanation. Most of the other bouncers (with the exception of one) were equally rude, laughing at us, mocking us, and repeatedly yelling "just leave" from behind the door while completely ignoring any attempt to have a calm conversation or understand what happened. We were not aggressive, we were not causing a scene, and we were simply trying to resolve a situation involving someone's safety. It was honestly disturbing to see that level of disregard and lack of basic human decency. Situations like this require at least a minimum level of communication and professionalism, and that was completely absent here. These staff members seriously need basic life skills and a better understanding of how to treat people. I will absolutely never be spending money here again, and I would strongly caution others about how situations are handled at this establishment.

Instead, their table was in the far back--the worst spot in the venue. When they called ahead, the venue assured them the VIP package included special perks. However, every table received a bottle and pizza, and most people entered the venue for free. When they politely inquired about the promised items, the manager rudely responded with, "Well, what do you want?" in a snotty tone, followed by, "We're a small business." She took two drinks off the bill. One of their tablemates left before the pizza and drinks were served, which didn't happen until around 10:30 PM, even though the event started at 7:30 PM. It was clear they forgot the baskets entirely. To make matters worse, the manager was intoxicated, making the situation even more awkward. While the band was amazing, this experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend purchasing tickets from this venue. Again band was amazing. They get a star for them.
