Their customer service has improved significantly. In fact, the changes I've experienced since then have made it probably one of my favorite places to visit. They keep their beer rotating with new brews and I just had a delicious lunch... the onion gravy was on point and the sausages have a really good crunch. Everything has been really good and I'm so glad I gave them another chance.
