We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted.
