I asked if she knew how the triple ginger snap cookies were and she responded with a nonchalant....they're the store staple...so I guess so! The term read the room is real. I should have known from no one being in line ....there was a reason why. The cashier was not nice towards me at all. I will be going to shop there again but I'll make sure I avoid her when checking out. I would recommend store.

I did not see anything about paying for parking. The food selection had all of the Trader Joe's classics. The service was excellent. We were asked if we needed help more than once. I grabbed a few of the items that I love: chili crisp, everything bagel seasoning, and green onion pancakes. I have many more loves! Then grabbed a few new items to try and left feeling proud of my husband and I that we stuck to our list! Reminder: bring your bags if you have them friends!

I'd been searching for a good meat market that sells items like oxtails and pig feet, and I came across this place on TikTok. It reminded me of the local meat markets back home in Houston, and I really wanted to find a Black-owned spot with that same feel. This was exactly it. I knew going in that it wasn't going to be a fancy, Whole Foods-type place. It's an older, traditional meat market, and that's exactly the vibe I was looking for. Parking is on the side, and the entrance is right off the street. Inside, the meat counter is in the back. Customer service was great. I went the day after Thanksgiving, so it wasn't busy at all. I came looking for pig feet, and the staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. They usually have pig feet pre-packaged and priced, but they were out, so the butcher grabbed fresh ones and cut them exactly how I wanted (longways), wrapped them up, and sent me on my way. They accept Apple Pay, which is always a plus, and they offer text or printed receipts. Prices were reasonable, and overall it was a cool meat market with good service. I'll definitely be going back for my meats.

Last time I was there, I accidentally bought a few produce & dairy items that were expired or just days from expiring. So make sure you check the dates! I'm not used to doing that since I've never had to at other stores in the area. Also, getting a Pub Sub takes much longer than it should. The member birthday perk of free bar cake or ice cream is good. Get that and get out.

I went in with a bit of anxiety because it seemed we simply couldn't get on the same page as the deli and catering staff. I go in, it's busy, there was no one in the pick up area. My anxiety now beginning to grow I stopped a young gentleman, I hate that I didn't get his name (I'll be sure to add it in my next update) but he asked what I was looking for I told him, and it seemed like clock work, another woman showed up and they both locked in. He shared my info with her and they took off in two different directions. Within minutes they simultaneously appeared holding five of the six dishes that were ordered. I was so taken aback at the swift action those two took I didn't notice there was one missing. The young woman counted my containers and was like, Hang On I think there's a cake in this order. She asked a woman in the bakery to check and sure enough a cake appeared for my order. Here's what I appreciate: Concern, assurance, call to action, teamwork, resolve, double checking before I leave...It was an amazing experience. The last two women made sure Inhad everything I needed. Here's what I didn't appreciate, Confusion, blame (each other), attitude, resentment, "Not my problem" I told the trainers that day that they must have remembered me from my review and didn't want me to repost another bad review...and In my mind for a brief moment I pondered, "Maybe they were expecting me, or maybe the words service and teamwork found each other wandering through the cookie aisle and decided that being in service is a gift...What will the customer think when we "GIVE" it...

I did not know that Publix had an event planner until I was planning my wedding!…read more Someone suggested to me that I should meet with them when I was planning my wedding. So, one day when I was out dress shopping, I took my maid of honor with me to Publix. I met with Mary, the Aprons Event Planner and she was soooo nice & so helpful! She took me to meet with their flower arrangements artist Barbara and she was fantastic! She has an excellent eye & is very creative. She gave me some great suggestions for decorating for my outdoor wedding!! In fact, both Mary & Barbara gave me great advice and lots of ideas! So, I decided to use their floral department for all of my arrangements and I was not disappointed!!! They did an outstanding job on everything from my bouquet to the maid of honors flowers to the arrangements on the tables & the ceremony flowers & boutineer for the groom and best man and celebrant. I decided to go with a restaurant to cater the dinner, but I used Publix to cater the hors d'oeuvres and they did a phenomenal job!! They were on pointe with everything and delivered plus had a great price point! I was very pleased with all that they did! Publix, you turned a truly devoted Harris Teeter fan into a truly devoted Publix fan!
