Of course, social distancing measures are in place and that means that you cannot enter the store to browse like you used to be able to do. Instead, you wait outside, 6 feet apart and wait your turn. Then tell the worker what you want and what size bottle. It's helpful to know what you want to purchase beforehand, but they are willing to give suggestions if needed. When they have pulled your order, you'll be called inside to head to the register to pay. If you want anything from behind the register, mini bottles and such, this is the time to ask for them. Once they ring you up you may be asked to wait in line for additional items. Be sure to use your back to exit the door - no hands!

My wife went in person rhe next day to see if the scrip was filled. The antibiotic was, not the inhaler. At this point, we were thinking, why not call us and give us the option to go to another pharmacy. They told my wife the inhaler would be ready the next day. She went back. They got her rhe inhaler but then told her that they do not provide the spacer. This is TWO DAYS after the prescription was received! This is just useless customer service. Now supposedly we have to track down a pharmacy that sells the spscer on our own, and rhen have the prescription switched to that pharmacy. Useless! Switching away from this pharmacy immediately
