A worker with mask under his nose not protecting others on a very crowded Christmas eve
    Terrance B.

Christmas eve, one of the most busiest days in retail, also estimated to be a covid outbreak, workers and customers not practicing social distancing or mask wearing! Many people without masks and masks under there nose. And I even saw associates with masks under there nose and one without a mask. These behaviors are unexceptional and are not following governor Roy Cooper's orders. And they need to be in place especially when people are coming from all over and a covid outbreak is gonna happen! WEAR YOUR MASKS!!!

Really appreciate having this well-stocked store close by. Friendly hard-working staff doing their best to accommodate shoppers when many have chosen the anti-mask path, ignoring the signage at the front door requiring masks for entry.

I was impressed by the markdown section; it was the biggest section I'd seen in a Harris Teeter. I won't be going out of my way to visit this store, but won't give it a second thought if I'm in the area.

Opened up the…read moreground beef and noticed a brown circle underneath the sticker ... chalked it up to bleeding ink- opened the second package and saw the same brown circle under the sticker -- grabbed a fork and it was the entirety of BOTH ground beef packages. Same situation with the value pack steak cubes, brown and rotten. Disappointed but hopeful, I grabbed the tofu cubes I picked up and to no surprise - rotten and expired. I got refrigerated chicken treats for my dog, smelled questionable and they were very gray in color. -- I noticed the value pack meat and the tofu cubes AFTER returning home from HT (getting a return for the ground beef initially) -- I just want to add that the customer service at this location was horrible. The girl who "helped" me was rude and no help at all. She obviously didn't want to be bothered at her JOB and that's 100% not my problem. I was waiting in line and her greeting was "Are you next or what?" ... okay. Told her I needed a refund for the ground beef and she didn't ask me any questions, gave me an attitude about my receipt and then cut me off while I was explaining "You want it back on your card, cash or what?" 0/10.

First visit to Harris Teeter on Morrison Boulevard, and honestly, this place is massive…read more I made the trip for one reason and one reason only: Sumo mandarins. The internet told me they were in stock. The internet lied. No Sumos. Tragic. Still, this ended up being one of the nicest Harris Teeters I have visited in Charlotte. Beautiful layout. Super clean. Huge aisles. Plenty of parking. They even have a covered grocery pickup area and staff helping customers load groceries into their cars, which feels delightfully old-school these days. I wandered around way longer than I planned because this store just keeps going. Pharmacy, hot bar, prepared foods, giant self-checkout area, demos happening in-store, clearance sections, everything. At one point somebody was carving what looked like prime rib or rib roast and it smelled incredible. Ended up leaving with Memorial Day supplies instead. Hot dogs, rye bread, bread and butter pickles, cookies, and some buy-one-get-one frozen double-fried shrimp that air fryer people already know is dangerous behavior. I also grabbed some Halo mandarins to soften the emotional blow of the missing Sumos. One thing I really liked: a lot of the fruit was kept in refrigerated cases. Smart move for freshness and probably helps keep fruit flies and gnats under control during the Carolina heat. Coming from Northern California, where citrus practically appears year-round without effort, I am still adjusting to Southeast produce seasons. Apparently Sumo season is basically over here already, so lesson learned. Even without the Sumos, this store was worth the trip. If you are in the SouthPark area and enjoy grocery stores the way some people enjoy museums, this Harris Teeter is an experience. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Go explore your grocery stores too.
