Stopped by here to grab some items to make a seafood boil because who doesn't love a good seafood boil!!! Unfortunately when I was in the seafood department Wednesday Night David was sure to give me a less than pleasant Experience. He was rude and that's just not something I'm use to at Harris Teeter. read more

We've been making runs to this Harris Teeter during the pandemic because it's much less crowded ~ and cleaner ~ than our neighborhood HT. We've been fairly pleased with all of the COVID-19 protocols and protections that are in place. My only concern is that this HT doesn't keep a defibrillator on hand. We assisted an elderly man in the HT parking lot who was in physical distress. I called 911 and the dispatcher asked me to find a defibrillator so I sent someone to HT for one. They had none at that location. Thankfully, a retired (or off-duty) firefighter appeared on the scene and calmly handled the situation until paramedics arrived. I later emailed HT about the lack of this relatively inexpensive and life-saving equipment, but they never got back with me. So for that, three stars. read more

Harris Teeter on Colony Rd has the kindest people! HT is all over Charlotte, but this one is worth mentioning. The Produce Manager, Bobby, is super kind, friendly, and very customer-service based. But not only that...the Store Manager is as well. I believe her name is Silvia...sorry I don't remember exactly. I've been there more than once. First time there, I signed up for the store discount card and the guys who assisted were also friendly and professional. I didn't think much about it since it was one time of going to that particular store, but after a few more times, their hospitality is noticeably CONSISTENT! It's a rare occurrence to have so many people on the same page of hospitality. You can also tell from the way they interact with each other that they genuine enjoy working together. This is a smaller store compared to other Harris Teeters. It's in a mini shopping center. There is plenty of parking and items are pretty much always in stock. Since it's a smaller store they do not carry several of the items I desire, but it's nice if you know they have or carry the item and want to grab it really quick. The staff in the deli could use a customer service refresher training. But over it's a good store. Costs are similar to other Harris teeter stores no change there. read more

Christmas eve, one of the most busiest days in retail, also estimated to be a covid outbreak, workers and customers not practicing social distancing or mask wearing! Many people without masks and masks under there nose. And I even saw associates with masks under there nose and one without a mask. These behaviors are unexceptional and are not following governor Roy Cooper's orders. And they need to be in place especially when people are coming from all over and a covid outbreak is gonna happen! WEAR YOUR MASKS!!! read more

Typical with HT, you get use to an item and then they quit carrying it. Case in point with HT salad bar. The Calico Bean salad, very popular, according to one employee I talked to, has been eliminated from the salad bar. I went to another nearby HT (Arboretum) and they discontinued it as well. The Calico Bean salad was literally what made my salad so good. And it was usually half empty meaning people liked it. So of all the things that don't seem to be that popular on their salad bar, they choose to eliminate the popular Calico Bean salad. Who makes these poor poor decisions? read more

I was going to purchase a sandwich from the deli area but left after I noticed the sandwich guy displaying bad hygiene habits such as touch his hat with his gloves on that he proceeded to keep on while making someone's sandwich. Gross. read more

Really appreciate having this well-stocked store close by. Friendly hard-working staff doing their best to accommodate shoppers when many have chosen the anti-mask path, ignoring the signage at the front door requiring masks for entry. read more

It's close to us so we still go but the deli is absolutely the worst. It will take you 30min to get anything. Also they literally can't slice cheese. Everytime u get it home it's ripped up and can't pull a slice off to save your life. Deli is so bad here. read more

Is is obvious that this place is so poorly run but I have been going to this location because it is close to hone. After today though, I will be heading to Publix where they have much better customer service and selection. Today was the last straw as I waited and waited and waited for someone to address my issue at the self service checkout. There was even an employee that walked by who I made eye contact with and he said " someone will be right with you". So I waited some more as a line was forming in the self service area. I eventually just left all my items on the scanner and in the bags and told the customer service desk I was heading to Publix. I had a much, much better experience at Publix and even though it is a little out if the way they will be getting my business from now on. read more

Nice little neighborhood Harris Teeter with the usual friendly service, however more expansive choices are avalable within a 5 minute drive in both directions. Still, you can expect the same Harris Teeter service, quality and cleanliness at this well managed location as with its larger siblings. read more

This HT, located at the intersection of Rea & Colony Roads is a good sized store with a nice selection of food & beverages. It is not my normal neighborhood HT, but I have stopped here on occasion when I happen to be in the area. The store is clean and pretty easy to navigate. read more

This Harris Teeter has been there for me through all the ups and downs, good times and bad and every time I just needed a little 'pick me up'. Every time I needed a shoulder to cry on or just a bag of frozen tater tots, this Harris Teeter stood by my side. I usually come here twice a day usually for unnecessary crap that makes me unhealthy and every experience here exceeds the last. read more

Loved store. Nice neat and clean had everything I needed and was easy to shop. Plenty of registers open and staff around store there to offer help. Frozen food isles were perfect they were faced full and easy to shop. Meat department was full and in stock. Bakery also looked great and stocked just wish it was bigger and more items to get that I most likely don't need but would buy! Over all loved shopping there and loved how they care and treat you! read more
