Some bogo are located at the front of the store but there are more throughout the store. There's plenty of parking and several entrances and exits as this is on a very busy corner/ street. The cashier's are always so pleasant and the baggers offer to help carry items to your car .

I recently started using this pharmacy and my last visit proved I made the right choice. I was very sick and went straight from the doctor office to the pharmacy. The sweet lady who helped me, Amy, went over and beyond to help me. It is rare to get super good customer service these days, especially in a big store like Costco, but the prescriptions (3) were filled quickly and I was able to sit comfortably while I waited. You can get prescriptions delivered via Instacart even if you don't have an Instacart subscription. Pharmacy Staff I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. I changed from private insurance to Medicare this year and they've gone out of their way many times to help me. Whether it's trying to get me a discount on a prescription that's not covered or helping me navigate the same day delivery function...they've been exceptionally helpful. I wish I could remember all the names of people that have helped me but some are Amy, Angie, Maliha and Sarah. Hospice Care My Mom, who's 95, went into hospice care this year which is incredibly stressful. It's one thing to be getting prescriptions to keep yourself well, it's another to be getting medications for someone at the end of their life. My Mom had a prescription we were getting filled at CVS. The bottle said "take two a day." So she was taking two at the same time. When we got the prescription from Costco it said "take two times a day." That might not seem like a big deal but the nuance of taking the medication at two different times has helped relieve a very annoying side effect she had. Personalized Service I've used many different local pharmacies and what they all have in common (sadly) is that it's an anonymous experience. It doesn't matter if you've been to the counter two or three times in the same day, you're essentially like a stranger they're seeing for the first time every time you visit. I'd like to give a shout out to Maliha because I had spoken to her on the phone one day trying to resolve a technical/delivery problem and the next day, she saw my name, remembered me and asked me if I was able to solve the problem after we spoke. I was completely floored to get that level of customer service which has almost disappeared in our society. Likewise, I want to acknowledge Amy for being kind and attentive when I was picking up a prescription for my Mom that wasn't quite ready. She came over to me a couple of times to assure me it was almost ready. When you use the word "hospice" in a conversation, you're saying that someone's life is close to the end. It's sad how so many people don't understand that. Amy obviously understood the stress of waiting for a medication for someone in hospice care and I genuinely appreciate her care and consideration. Highly recommend...it's really worth the effort to use Costco pharmacy. Park on the edge of the parking lot near the gas station for a more hassle free experience.

Overall, I think their groceries are a bit overpriced compared to competitors. Wegman's keeps mailing me 10% coupons, so that helps! Also, shopping the Hot Zones and using their app for coupons can help reduce cost further.

I found a couple of snacks, prices were quite good. Butcher department was well stocked and the prices looked good. The young lady who rang up my purchase was pleasant. Walmart actually does want people to have a happy holiday & merry Christmas. So come on over to Walmart this holiday season & make Walmart your primary grocery store destination, during the entire new year of 2024. Don't shop at the Carlie C's located at 1514 Garner Station Blvd anymore. You don't have to shop at any area Carlie C's grocery stores ever again.
