I didn't' know what to think of this place. At first I thought they sold used or open box products because nothing was showcased and everything looked picked through. It was like being in an empty warehouse. I inquired about the lack of selection. The man said the strip mall had been bought out and they would be moving in a few months. I had new capacitor, new breakers, new switch, new pool timer, and had the pump tested to make sure it worked, by a pool store. Still wouldnt come on. People said it may be underground wiring, but I wasnt digging up my yard for nothing. Steve showed up and wasnt even scared if my big pitbull/mastiff mix or my big husky. He went straight to the pit like he knew him already with a "HEYYYYY!" Made my little so happy he was wagging his whole body. Haha! The husky sat and ate grass next to him while he worked on the electrical setup out back. He figured it out and even showed me the issue. No BS. Efficient. Dog-friendly, and a really cool dude. Worth the service fee just to verify what it was to ease my mind. We had an idea, but he solidified it 100% with no guesswork involved - after I threw a ton if new parts on the issue already. Hahaha! I should've called Simple Electric FIRST and saved myself a ton of time, money, pulling my pump apart, researching videos and driving all over town to buy crap to fix it. Recently I purchased some in stock items and needed to return them and was hit with a 30% restock fee. I don't mind paying a little extra to support local business but to pay more and then get punished with a restocking fee is completely unacceptable. Sadly they have lost yet another customer to online shopping. On a positive note Lonny at the sales counter was very professional and courteous.

What made it even more disturbing was the way the employees reacted -- who may even be her family; they looked terrified of her, barely speaking and clearly used to being treated poorly.
