My AC was busted and I needed a new unit. I was giving a more than fair price for a beautiful unit, and it was installed promptly. Scott had my unit installed in a matter of hours and my home is now cool and comfortable, also, my AC bill has been cut in half!!!! I would recommend this company to everyone. You deal directly with the owners, something that is rare these days. Thank you Scott and Lynda for helping me with my AC needs, I will definitely be using this company in the future. Shannon M

Before I go into the details, I just need to say this upfront. I have never been more impressed and…read moremore thankful for a company's service. I can't stop thinking about it! Now let's get into the story. I ended up coming home and my air-conditioning was broken for at least a day and a half. I called company A ( not naming for respect purposes) and they ended up quoting me $2300 to fix one little crack in a copper pipe, and to refill the Freon. I knew something was wrong so I decided that I would call a different company to compare the quotes. After speaking with Air Force One, they told me that that was way out of proportion, and that they could offer me a better price. Linda told me on the phone twice that Scott was the best in the business and he is the best at what he does. I told her I was going to hold her accountable for saying that and she was right. Scott is the most honest, caring, helpful, and kind spirited HVAC service man you will know. He was nice enough to let me come on top of the roof and see exactly what he was doing because I wanted to learn a little bit about the air conditioning unit. He has been fixing air conditioning since high school and that should tell you a lot about the experience he has. After everything they ended up quoting us $774 and saving us $1500... I know it's disgusting that the other company was going to charge us $2300. Overall, I just have to say that air force one air conditioning is that one company that I just so happen to call that turned out to be the best experience in the world and Scott and Linda truly are a power couple and I have so much respect for all the work and service they do for the valley. So what I want you to do is if you ever need your air conditioning fixed or you know someone that does please refer this company because I promise you will not be disappointed. It was one of those experiences where you just can't stop telling everyone how good it was because of how much money you saved and how nice everyone was. Also, one last note Scott was telling me that someone left a bad review on yelp and it turned out They never actually ended up servicing that person ever so I hope it wasn't a fake review but regardless, if you ever see a bad review for this company. I call bullshit. Just to tell you what type of person Scott is... you know how us customers are always willing to give our air conditioning guy's water bottles??? He was nice enough to offer me an ice cold water bottle! HAHA! I really can't say enough, so just know that this is the best company in Arizona if you need your air-conditioning fixed at a reasonable price and with outstanding service. I'm sending so much love to you, Air Force, one air conditioning. Thank you SO much for everything!

Zed cleaned out our whole ac with his hose multiple times, removing tons of dust and muck. The before pictures he showed us were disgusting. He replaced old wiring that was crumbling. And apparently the last tech from a different company that changed our spark plugs left the spark plug box in the ac unit which could have caused a fire. I've managed several high-dollar installations over the years--from roofing to flooring--and while most of those experiences were pretty good, my experience with Luxury is absolutely one for the books. My situation was completely uncharted territory. When Luxury Air Conditioning and Plumbing showed up, I didn't even have an HVAC unit installed. It was a massive undertaking, but their "front man" Travis stepped up and performed flawlessly. Travis is a man of his word; he made good on absolutely everything he said he was going to do, guiding the project seamlessly from start to finish. The installation crews were equally incredible. They were polite, professional, and kept everything remarkably clean throughout the process. By the time they left, we were completely back in business with a perfect system. If any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs arise for me in the future, you better believe my money is on Luxury Air Conditioning and Plumbing. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to Travis, the amazing install crews, and Allison too for keeping everything on track. You all run a phenomenal business! Respectfully, Captain M. My husband and I reached out to Island Breeze after learning they supported the Phoenix Cat Cafe…read morewith a new HVAC system. A tech came out to our historical home in April to investigate an attic that was somehow cooler than the home. The tech found tape on our duct work and after taking the tape off, left us with a completely dismantled duct. We were left with the option to pay the company $900 for repairs or be left with no AC. We paid the company, had the repairs done, and were told we would need to repair the remainder of duct work soon. Fast forward 7 months and we asked for a tech to come out to repair the remaining duct work. The tech texted my husband, stating that the fix would be a simple seal and would be quick. He even offered to service our system while he was out, as we pay into Island Breeze's maintenance program. Come to find out, this service tech texted my husband these updates without yet checking out our attic. 30 minutes later, he's pressuring us to completely reduct the entire system and tells us he doesn't have time to service the system. We told him we would need to see a quote before agreeing to anything. We were promised a quote later that evening, but were only sent a $120 bill for his visit. When we called the office to follow up, they seemed confused and said they would need to send another tech out to investigate. A week later another tech comes to visit us. He's ready to start the reduct project. We had to clarify that we were still waiting on a quote. We also asked if there was any other solution, and we were finally given the option to just repair the second half of the ductwork (the option originally marketed to us from the first tech) Another week goes by before we call the office and finally get a quote, $3157 for the reduct without acknowledgement of the $900 we were charged earlier for forced repairs. We asked if we could have a quote for the repair and are still waiting. After several weeks of playing the run around game with Island Breeze, we still have no answers. Honestly, we should have known this company wasn't it after they forced us into a $900 repair in September.
