They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code. It has been months since I have been trying to get help and no one is helping. Some of the test that were ran were even rejected because they submitted it wrong and I am getting charged for it. This is completely horrible customer service. They are quick to have you come in for an appointment but don't help you after when they charge you for it. I will not suggest coming to this location unless you want to get charged for no reason for things that can get covered because they do not feel like changing it. I am disappointed in this organization/ office if this is how you treat all of your long term clients.

As a young adult with a complicated medical history, it's been hard to find doctors that take my pain and symptoms seriously. They are great about listening, and coming up with treatment options without needing endless imaging and tests. Their lab is also great, and has never even left a bruise after a blood draw. The front desk receptionists are fantastic and very responsive. The best part is how quickly they get you referrals to specialists when needed.

To be turned away for 5 minutes is immoral for a Drs office to do and ive never experienced anything like it. Especially since I made the appointment 3 weeks ago. Gave my insurance everything was ok..The receptionist asked what brought me in today and I advised her of what was wrong..I had visited the ER the day prior and wasn't helped at all left from the ER because they told me nothing was wrong and I had to vist a pcp hence the reason I was making the appointment..I was told by the receptionist that since I had been to the ER I needed to have discharge papers or I could not be seen. I explained that I didn't have the actual discharge papers because I was not properly discharged and that they could pull up MY CHART(which actually has the discharge papers on there) I asked the receptionist as a New pt had I not mentioned that I had been to the ER they would have just seen me as a new pt for a check up..and she answered yes..so the refused to see me for not having an actual paper with no other reason..Just a heads up I was in so much pain and discomfort and was turned away..not because I didn't have insurance or not because I didn't make an appointment but because I volunteered information they wouldn't see me because i didn't have actual paper..sad I was hurt never had this happen b4 and couldn't believe that a Doctor who was being lazy did this it's unethical and she shouldn't be licensed.

I am beyond grateful that we arrived there. From my call prior to Tee at the front desk, to our service from Terry, our attentive RN Crystal and great care from Dr. Lee - we were quickly seen within minutes and sent with treatment plan and prescription. We even received a follow-up message a few days later to check in on her. So much more than we receive from our primary. For many years, I've driven past this facility but on this day I was so grateful for their services. We will definitely return here as our first choice if a medical emergency ever takes place.
