First and last time coming here. Service was terrible. I called in my order at 8pm. Then was told to give them 20-30mins. I arrived 15 mins after 8pm. I stood in line and said I had a call in and gave my name. Talked to the manager and was told that she'd have to get back to me TOMORROW because no one else complained about having spoiled chicken!! Are you serious?? I love harolds chicken and have tried various places always taking the classic good tenders and fries So my husband and I decided to try this new place. I called in the order of tenders and gizzards and okra. They told me 15-20 mins.. we arrived 20 mins later and still had to wait an extra 30 mins to get our food When we got home the tenders were soo dried out and super chewy and over cooked. The fries were soggy and tasted old. Really wished I would have went somewhere else after waiting 50 minutes to get overdone dry food. Coukd have ordered a pizza from beggars down the street... This Harold's customer service SUCKS! It has nothing to do with Covid. They started going down hill before Covid. Everyone loves fresh food so the wait is understandable but waiting 1 1/2hr for food and it's only you in the store is ridiculous. Then when you get your food, it's not how you requested it. Then when you politely question then about anything. They have an attitude as though they are doing YOU a favor. I have tried and tried to give this location a try. I had such a big order and the chicken was delicious and they made sure they put everything I needed on the side

My husband placed an online order and went to the location and when he picked it up; he placed an additional order for me. Now, they clearly had his name because he picked up the online order and now has placed the second order in store. I sent my so to pick up the food and he told them it. was under my husbands name. They said they couldn't find an order under his name but then locate his old online order. The store remade the online order instead if giving us the new order that was sitting ready to pick up. When my son came home, I looked at the bag and new it wasn't correct because we had a big order(not the first time they gave us the wrong order, but okay). I called the store and the young lady that answered the phone said"ohhhhhh, we were trying to figure out what happened to the order". Keep in mind, my son waited in store for them to make the incorrect order , then had to go back to get the original. Here's the kicker...I asked the young lady how long had the food been sitting there because I knew we had sauce on the 18 chicken wings , an extra fry and a small catfish(not cheap). The young lady told me that it was under the warmer and still hot. LIeeeees! That was the soggiest chicken I ever had in my life with cold fries and chewy catfish. Instead of remaking my order correctly, they sent us food that had been sitting up for an hour....just horrible customer service. Why would you remake and order that was sent out already instead of giving the order that he paid for in store. I asked to speak to the manager and she had "just stepped out".
