Dependable and congenital. After my 20 year pool man retired it was one company after another selling my service. I finally got lucky and decided to hire the best of all the pool men that had rotated thru these various companies. That's when I called Hugo and asked him to do my pool. I've been extremely pleased with service. I feel like my excellent 20 yr pool service has been replaced by Hugo's excellent pool service, Deep Water Cleaning. Reasonable cost and includes chemicals and periodic filter cleaning.

My old pool guy came with the house I bought and he quit on me because he didn't like the new automated pool controller I bought with the pool solar system (he was old and crotchety anyway). Steve is honest, keeps my pool spotless, and fixed an electrical problem (a breaker tripped when I ran my waterfall and spa at the same time) caused by the self proclaimed "pool expert" at the solar company for free. He also tweaked my pool sweep (Hayward navigator) so it ran properly after months of it befuddling my old pool guy. In addition to being a great pool service, he started off working for a pool builder so he knows everything there is to know about pool systems, plaster, plumbing etc. so he's an awesome resource for questions, especially for a new pool owner. His prices are the same as other pool services but the extra customer service you get from Steve is invaluable.

I happened to call the day before July 4th weekend (or course!) when I realized my pool and spa heater would not turn on. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone himself (rare these days to have any live person answer the phone!) and told me he would have Lance, the equipment tech, get back to me. Despite it being probably THE busiest day of the year for these guys, Lance did indeed call me back within minutes. I let him know what model heater I had and exactly what the problem was, and Lance let me know he would have to order the part so he would not be able to fix the same day. I never in a million years expected it to be fixed that day anyway, and was completely stoked when he called me back a few days later to let me know he had the part and could swing by and install it. Lance is the consummate professional, it only took him about 10 minutes to get my heater back up and running again. I very much appreciate the immediate response time and professionalism exhibited by both Kevin and Lance, it is almost unheard of these days. If you have any pool related needs, these are the guys you want, hands down!
