I searched and found the recommendations of Mario's Pool Service...and I agree with all the great reports and I am so thankful. My anxiety is gone- my pool is back and summer is coming! First he was responsive! He called quickly and we had a date to get the work going. His prices were fair. His team? Knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and professional! One day later my pool looks great, filter clean, timer back on track--everything that was needed. Mario's has my highest of recommendations! Tried and true! Thankful, appreciative, and my pool is perfect now. I have a 15'x30' salt water pool. Mario I am so glad you service Escondido! We are lucky to have this business here.

And now they've canceled my service "effective immediately" because I've reviewed them honestly and as to my personal experience ... unprofessional. I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company.
