Great spot to check out in Findlay market. It's all vegan and deli style where you pay by the pound. (You get how much of the food you want without suprises). I have been here at least 6 times and have yet to get one thing I don't love. Some of my favorites have been chick'n salad (both regular & curried), teriyaki tenders, broccoli slaw and fall fresh couscous. Recommend getting a mix of things to try. Went to Plant Harmony for lunch and it was such a great experience. It's located inside Findlay Market, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. I ordered the turkey bacon club sandwich. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared, and it's amazing to have such delicious vegan options available at the market. The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors were well balanced. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I nearly forgot to review this place but me and my wife recently came here a couple of weeks ago to try some of the vegan food that was featured here. Staff here was very friendly and professional. They have a lot of great food items that are at pretty fair prices and to drink they have a lot of Ollipops and other variety of drinks as well. Placing an order doesn't take too long to complete from start to finish it's also one of the few vegan places in the Cincinnati area and is the only one at the market without going to the convenience store behind the the place which have a few vegan options. I'm a Findlay Market regular and there are so many great lunch options here, but Harmony is one of my favorites, and I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian. I haven't worked my way through the menu yet because I love the Italian sandwich so much that I get it nearly every time. It's as good as any Italian sub I've ever had. Lots of good options for sides as well, with the maple-kale and broccoli salads personal faves. Spent a day and a half in Cincy over the weekend as i came up from Nashville for a concert. With such a short amount of time here, i was desperate to find something special. Findlay Market was on my very short list of things to do for my visit and i found Harmony Plant Fare, an NY Style vegan deli, while i was here. No, im not a strict vegan but every once in a while it's nice to do something different and go on the seemingly healthier route. I immediately decided on the vegan Buffalo chicken sandwich that's made with "soy curls", and this thing was literally PACKED with "chicken", celery, and cashew ranch. This sandwich gets super messy so be sure you have enough napkins... or just improvise and lick your fingers at this point, cause you seriously won't want to lose any of that spicy goodness. read more

We got some vegan Mac-n-cheese and some vegan deserts as well... the Mac-n-cheese is served cold, so it didn't resonate with me and the deserts are a little doughy... just my taste preferences didn't match. I got The Italian ($9), an overflowing roll with vegan ham and cheese fully dressed with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, and oil & vinegar. It looks small in the photo compared to in person! I wanted a sweet treat for later and decided on Chubby Bunny's marble cake ($6). This gluten-free delight was also huge! I was in heaven. This slab of deliciousness took me three seatings to finish. The folks at Harmony Plant Fare are so welcoming and happy to answer any questions from seasoned vegans to omnivores looking to try something new. Expected that I'd head to The KY / OH area and lose a few pounds... that was not the case. Yes, this is a full vegan deli. It's like a regular deli, but it's vegan. We're talking vegan cream cheese (multiple flavors) by the pound, a wide variety of cold and hot sandwiches, a plethora of sides. Oh, and unfortunately they had a whole case of baked vegan goods. On a whim we decided to hit up Cincy for lunch and saw this business with some pretty delicious-sounding food. I was definitely itching to try it. It was so good, I might sell a kidney for more. Yes, that needed its own sentence. I was already mourning the loss of the sandwich by the time I finished. My spouse and I each tried one and honestly couldn't stop saying enough good things about the quality. We even got their Mac and cheese -- that was also very tasty. My partner and I recently visited Cincinnati for a work from anywhere vacation. We stayed right downtown and Harmony Plant Fare was one of the places we bookmarked that was plant-based and within walking distance from our Airbnb. When we finally made it, we were so pleased! The hot and cold sandwich options are fantastic service was so nice (and fast!). The potato salad we got as a side stole the show for us both. Something about the cold potatoes and the acidic, creamy, pickle-forward sauce they were dressed in was so refreshing on a hot day. I got the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich. It was an awesome blend of creamy and spicy between the Buffalo and ranch sauces. It was packed with soy curls and the lettuce, celery, and red onion brought a nice freshness. My partner got the Turkey Havarti sandwich--a favorite of his before we went plant-based. The beet relish and Havarti cheese were my favorite parts of his sandwich. The relish brought a nice earthiness and the caraway Havarti was a special touch of flavor. The bread was fantastic on both sandwiches and didn't cut up our mouths which is always a concern with toasted sandwiches. Harmony also has a mini grocery store shelf with bunch of plant-based fare for sale. My only complaint about both Findlay Market and Harmony Plant Fare is their limited hours! We would have been back every day if we weren't working during their open time. Up visiting family for thanksgiving and I stumbled upon Harmony. I'm not vegan, but I am allergic to dairy, so I was excited at the chance to possibly be able to eat here. I also have a gluten allergy and was very happy to know I could have the buffalo chicken and ranch on gluten free bread. It was absolutely incredible. My aunt ordered the buffalo chicken curls not realizing it was plant based chicken and was raving about how good it was - I reminded her it wasn't chicken and she was shocked. The gluten free bead was so amazing, I was paranoid they gave me the wrong bread by accident. The chubby bunny bakery is gluten AND dairy free. Inside Findlay Market this vegan gem is perfection! Ironically it's directly opposite actual meat vendors. Anyway the Italian sandwich was loaded and full of flavor. Great for sharing! Just ask to have it cut in half. Layers of plant based protein and spiced just right make for a perfect accent to an Italian sandwich. It came from a little family-run Italian market I frequent, and it was the pinnacle of sandwich excellence for me... until I found this one! The pepperoni flavor is just incredible.
