Great spot to check out in Findlay market. It's all vegan and deli style where you pay by the pound. (You get how much of the food you want without suprises). I have been here at least 6 times and have yet to get one thing I don't love. Some of my favorites have been chick'n salad (both regular & curried), teriyaki tenders, broccoli slaw and fall fresh couscous. Recommend getting a mix of things to try. They also have a desserts by Chubby Bunny Bakery which is a nice treat!
Always enjoy stumbling across amazing places ... and today we hit the motherboard of vegan treats and dishes togo. We grabbed a few oatmeal and chocolate cream pies and gluten free to top it off! my gosh they were fantastic! Very friendly staff and in the heart of Findlay marketplace.
Spent a day and a half in Cincy over the weekend as i came up from Nashville for a concert. With such a short amount of time here, i was desperate to find something special. Findlay Market was on my very short list of things to do for my visit and i found Harmony Plant Fare, an NY Style vegan deli, while i was here. No, im not a strict vegan but every once in a while it's nice to do something different and go on the seemingly healthier route. I immediately decided on the vegan Buffalo chicken sandwich that's made with "soy curls", and this thing was literally PACKED with "chicken", celery, and cashew ranch. This sandwich gets super messy so be sure you have enough napkins... or just improvise and lick your fingers at this point, cause you seriously won't want to lose any of that spicy goodness.
It's been a longtime (like 30 years) since I've had a deli sandwich/grinder/sub that wasn't all veggies or a veggie burger. I mean a real sub with "meat" and "cheese". Harmony Plant Fare changed all that. This all-vegan deli makes a variety of carryout favorites that many vegans and vegetarians have missed. I got The Italian ($9), an overflowing roll with vegan ham and cheese fully dressed with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, and oil & vinegar. It looks small in the photo compared to in person! I wanted a sweet treat for later and decided on Chubby Bunny's marble cake ($6). This gluten-free delight was also huge! I was in heaven. This slab of deliciousness took me three seatings to finish. The folks at Harmony Plant Fare are so welcoming and happy to answer any questions from seasoned vegans to omnivores looking to try something new. I cannot wait until my next trip to Cincinnati to try the Chopped Cheese!
Our Sunday walks usually include HPF at Findlay market. As vegetarians we appreciate all of the delicious options they have to offer! They always have a yummy special and our favorite is the Italian sandwich. There are tons of sides and items you can take home as well. The people are so friendly and willing to help. We also got a side of Carolina bbq vegan jerky that was great! They have lots of vegan jerky flavors.
Expected that I'd head to The KY / OH area and lose a few pounds... that was not the case. Yes, this is a full vegan deli. It's like a regular deli, but it's vegan. We're talking vegan cream cheese (multiple flavors) by the pound, a wide variety of cold and hot sandwiches, a plethora of sides. Oh, and unfortunately they had a whole case of baked vegan goods. Sigh, the days of scavenging for leaves on the ground to eat when no options are available, have officially come to an end. *also, this deli is located in a really unique market place. Conveniently located directly across from a butcher, so keep ya eyes closed babies.
Look, it's been AGES since I've had an Italian sub or Turkey Bacon sandwich. I think I've pretty much forgotten what they taste like. On a whim we decided to hit up Cincy for lunch and saw this business with some pretty delicious-sounding food. I was definitely itching to try it. It was so good, I might sell a kidney for more. Yes, that needed its own sentence. I was already mourning the loss of the sandwich by the time I finished. My spouse and I each tried one and honestly couldn't stop saying enough good things about the quality. We even got their Mac and cheese -- that was also very tasty. I think I would've liked a little more salt and pepper, but that's a personal choice. It had some vaguely smoky taste that I really liked. Lastly, we got the final piece of birthday cake they had: I haven't eaten it yet, but I'm sure it's also going to be a 10/10.

Their buffalo (chicken*) ranch sandwich is a must have!! Even if you're not vegan!! also, staff was super sweet! (BTW-it's inside Findlay Market!) read more
My partner and I recently visited Cincinnati for a work from anywhere vacation. We stayed right downtown and Harmony Plant Fare was one of the places we bookmarked that was plant-based and within walking distance from our Airbnb. When we finally made it, we were so pleased! The hot and cold sandwich options are fantastic service was so nice (and fast!). The potato salad we got as a side stole the show for us both. Something about the cold potatoes and the acidic, creamy, pickle-forward sauce they were dressed in was so refreshing on a hot day. I got the Buffalo Chicken Ranch sandwich. It was an awesome blend of creamy and spicy between the Buffalo and ranch sauces. It was packed with soy curls and the lettuce, celery, and red onion brought a nice freshness. My partner got the Turkey Havarti sandwich--a favorite of his before we went plant-based. The beet relish and Havarti cheese were my favorite parts of his sandwich. The relish brought a nice earthiness and the caraway Havarti was a special touch of flavor. The bread was fantastic on both sandwiches and didn't cut up our mouths which is always a concern with toasted sandwiches. Harmony also has a mini grocery store shelf with bunch of plant-based fare for sale. My only complaint about both Findlay Market and Harmony Plant Fare is their limited hours! We would have been back every day if we weren't working during their open time. If you're a full-on vegan for the animals, beware that Harmony is directly across from/in right quarters to a meat stand. read more
This is a vegans paradise! All items are vegan!! My family enjoyed our Buffalo wrap, turkey club, and vegan gyro! Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful in our choices. We purchased tofu curls. We've been looking for them forever. Billy told us how to prepare and all the recipes we can make. He was a gem! When I'm Cincy we will definitely pay Harmony a visit! read more

Pretty good vegan spot located in Finley Market. Service is fast and the staff is friendly. I was impressed by the variety of options they had on the menu including their vegan candy bars and $1 chips. The food I got needed a bit more salt, but overall was good. When I'm back in the area looking for vegan food this spot will be my go to choice. read more

The food was great and they let you try before you buy. The service was terrific, very friendly staff there and surrounding them. As far as ambiance goes I'd love for this company to be in a different part of the building or in their own building. They are surrounded by meat shops which was crazy hilarious. There was a dead pig with an apple in its mouth right next to Harmony smh! read more

Inside Findlay Market this vegan gem is perfection! Ironically it's directly opposite actual meat vendors. Anyway the Italian sandwich was loaded and full of flavor. Great for sharing! Just ask to have it cut in half. Layers of plant based protein and spiced just right make for a perfect accent to an Italian sandwich. They sell a full menu of hot or cold vegan sandwiches and other items. I think whatever you choose will be good. Can't wait to try other options someday. Great lunch option to go. read more
I am not a sandwich person, but I am for these! These are fantastic vegan sandwiches that makes eating them fun again. I'm so glad there are options for more than just a plain veggie sandwich. These have so much flavor and you get a lot for what you pay for. Staff is super pleasant! I'll make it a point to stop here whenever I'm at Findlay Market again!! read more
Harmony Plant Fare is the best! It's an all vegan deli inside Findlay Market. This was my second visit. Last time I tried the turkey havarti and this time I went with the buffalo chicken ranch. Both were delicious with lots of flavor! Next up I'm definitely trying the Italian! They also carry Chubby Bunny desserts (their store front is in Hamilton) and lots of other vegan grocery items, etc. I wish I lived closer and I would be here all the time! read more
