As a pretty low maintenance, nail person I am extremely disappointed by Harmony Nail and would never recommend this place to anyone. I called morning of for a gel mani appointment for my sister and I because we were desperately in need of some nail care. 1) The nail techs do the job rushed and it's so obvious they're doing it rushed and without paying attention to detail. As you can see from my photos, I still had nail polish on the surrounding skin on 4 of my nails. I'm no pro, but if I'm paying $35 for a gel mani, I want a nice gel mani where you clean the excess polish off with some acetone. Come on now. 2) I had come in with some shabby nails, having ripped off gel extensions about 3 weeks ago. I initially chose a light yellow color which did not go on nicely. I tried to tell the nail tech that I wasn't happy with it but she just kept trying to clean up my nails with oil when I was trying to tell her I wanted to change the color. I even asked if I could get another coat to help with the uneven color but she said no because she already put on the top coat. The manager eventually came over and the nail tech then asked me what color I wanted a million times without giving me time and space to consider other colors. Needless to say I don't like this new color at all, and will likely be doing damage repair on my own. I just felt rushed during this entire process. It was NOT a relaxing or enjoyable process at ALL. It was obvious that the nail tech didn't give two farts about doing the job well. Note to the salon: if you don't have time on your schedule just SAY SO!!! I would rather go later or at a time when the nail techs aren't so rushed and can actually do a good job! Unless their skill set is just this terrible. Super disappointed. What went wrong: in a few days before my pedicure to ask for a price list. The at the counter gave me a small card with the lists of prices. Went in today for a basic pedicure no spa and callous remover. Sandy who did my pedicure was really rude and kept asking me if I wanted my hairy legs waxed. I said no twice and she asked once more! As she was cutting my cuticles with her sharp tool her hand slipped and she cut my foot! She then laughed nervously and apologized said it was an accident! She then started the callous removing process and kept showing me the dead skin she was removing! Not sure if she was trying to embarrass me or show off her skills but it was really weird and unnecessary!! So she brings me my total at the end.. and this is where I realized I would never be coming back here! She wanted to charge me $34 for something that I was on the price list I was given 2 days ago was 24! I told her I came in two days ago and she said the prices changed a year ago and that maybe that card was something that was given to me a year ago and I must have been confused!! She was confused! So I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was the one who gave me the card 2 days ago!! And she refused to honor the price she gave me! She said she told me the prices were different now! DO NOT COME HERE. I repeat: do not come here and avoid this establishment at all costs. From the moment you walk in, the technicians rush you to find a color. They literally told me at least 5 times - within the first few minutes of entering the salon - that they were "very busy" and to sit down. It wasn't busy at all. I didn't get to look through all the colors and chose one quickly. My gel manicure and regular pedicure were done within 25 minutes total. She did a sloppy job, with color around my cuticles on multiple fingers. My pedicure was rushed, and it was VERY clear that they wanted to do the bare minimum to get by. I've read through other reviews and there are similar experiences of being extremely rushed through the process, and a sloppy nail job. For $60 for the gel manicure and regular pedicure, I could have done it myself with much better results. Please, spend your money on a nail salon that VALUES their customers and puts time and care into their work - not just for the quick cash. read more

I always like coming here because there is a warm welcome. The environment is clean and all the manicurists are punctual and caring. I especially like Jacky because he has firm hands but gentle and does a professional foot pedicure and massage. I have also had my eyebrows done by a young lady. I have to give these folks a ton of credit for being very creative in a time of COVID quarantine. They are doing manicures and pedicures in their parking garage space, and they are doing a fine job of it. They were incredibly friendly, accomodating, and as far as I could tell following all sanitary protocols. I hadn't had a real pedicure since June and my feet were a hot mess. The gal who did my pedicure performed a miracle. My feet look so much better. Until I can go back to my regular place, these folks are great. I am a new fan. read more

Owner is nice and welcoming but nail technicians are rude and talk shit about you under your breath or to their coworkers if you don't agree to all their up charges for extra services. You should understand that people that come to your clinic may understand your language and it's distasteful regardless to be talking poorly about your customers in front of them. The staff were chatting from the beginning to the end. My mani are not painted all the way. They focused on talking too much... They don't take time for customers. Last time one of them cut my nail too short after that I had pain as I walked. They do not take credit card. Of course for tips they only take cash. I didn't have cash for tip. Stopped into this place last minute to see if I could get a gel Mani. They got me right in... It was a Thursday around 4 PM. I had Nicky, she was good & quick. For mani only you sit at a bar, it's very casual & there is a lot of chatting among workers. It didn't bother me, it felt very communal. I wore earbuds for a bit of the time to make myself happy. Mani was $30. Not crazy but if you go south or a bit east you'll find one just as good for cheaper.
