I got my nails done two days ago both toes and Gel X and I must say I'm so disappointed!! Not only did I get cut up but I got an infection from the dirty tools they use on you. I got my nails done by Angelina she's super friendly but the work speaks for itself. I'm a self taught nail tech myself and wanted to pamper myself by taking a break of doing my own nails. This is highly disappointing especially after paying $154 for my toes and Gel X nails. The Gel X nails cracked on one finger already TWO days after getting them done and my cutilcles are all cut up by the poor work done! This is a WARNING to those even thinking about going to this place. Sure it's nice inside and they're decent people but just look at the work itself . Please save your time and money. read more

My mom and I came here yesterday, 7/17. while we were here the lady at the front desk was being rude. My mom was getting a pedicure the lady cut my mom's toe while she was filing her toe nails. she moved her leg because it was hurting. The lady smacked her leg and continued. she then poured alcohol on her toe when she realized what she had done, causing it to burn. I have attached a picture for reference. I already had a bad experience but me and my grandma wanted to give the nail salon another try so we go a many and Petty my grandma go regular nail polish and I got chill nail polish we were doing our feet first for my grandma it was very uncomfortable with the lady that was doing her nails and feet bc the lady kept on looking at my grandma and saying that she has beautiful legs. For me I got gel and I got the same lady as last time my grandma told her that last time I got an infection on my toe and to be gentle with it but the lady said I got an infection because my nails growing too deep and all this other stuff so we said OK but in 4 days my nails chipped off and they were gel !! And my grandma was so mad bc she paid so much for gel and French tip do not recommend here was very uncomfortable and at the end it cost so much$$$ just for a regular Manny Petty for 2 and gel and French tip regular nail polish for my grandma it peeled off so quickly I will not be going back here. read more

Don't go there!! I have been having spa pedicures since 2001 and always give good tips. I did not tip this place!! The technician kept hurting my feet. Finally she cut me and made my toes bleed. No one has ever made my toes bleed before!! I paid for the $50 pedicure and the technician rushed through the process so that it was done in thirty minutes. The technician was overly rough and did not listen to me when I kept saying it hurt. Now all I can say is that I will never go back there and Aldo never be so patient to endure such abuse. I have never complained about a nail place before. But I think people should know about this place do no one else need to suffer. read more

I was very disappointed. I made a 1:30 appointment for last Friday.. I was very excited to treat myself during my kid free weekend. I arrived there at 1:25, and was told they overlooked my appointment and that Jennifer had just started a full set... I decided to have them start my pedi and eyebrows in hope she would be finishing up around by the time I was done with my other services. 10/10 recommend !!!! I was having a hard time finding a clean and up-to-date nail salon in the high desert, but then I discovered Harmony Nail Salon in Adelant. It was like a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere is so clean and chic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have tons of colors to choose from, which is amazing! And the complimentary drinks are such a nice touch. I would say the interior is very nice and comfortable. However, the front desk help (man) was Extremely rude! he told me it would be a bit of a wait (20 minutes) that's fine I can wait! There was a young lady already being helped so now it's me and another lady waiting. Then another lady came in for her appointment also fine. (total women including myself is four) Now the two other ladies were being helped and I was still waiting again fine. The man at the front desk poured two women getting their nails done a glass of OJ (I can only guess from where I was sitting) and handed the other lady that was getting her feet done a bottle of water. I was NOT offered anything. If you would like to get good reviews and more customers for your establishment this is NOT the way to do it. I can not or would not refer anyone one to this nail place based on the EXTREMELY POOR customer service! If I could give a minus zero star I would! If I could make this review zero stars, I would I don't write reviews but this is probably the worst set of nails I've ever gotten in my entire life. They're all different sizes they're clumpy. She couldn't even do the design that I wanted her to do she put diamonds on didn't weird placements I just wanted to get out of there at that point. she can't do French tips right she can't do acrylic, right and then she charged me almost $200. This is the worst salon that you could go to please do not let the pictures that are posted online fool you when I first walked in I was wondering why there was nobody in the salon but now I know why this is the single-handedly worst service I have ever gotten from a nail salon and this my friend is why you don't cheat on your nail tech let me add about how they made me bleed on both hands and feet. The pedicure is just as bad. She ripped my acrylic that I had on my toe nail completely off it hurt sooo bad. Psss. This is 4 days after I got my nails done. I tried to open of can soda with my knuckles. My nails barely touched the cap to pop it open just a little bit and my whole nail broke off AFTER ONLY FOUR DAYS well really only three because I didn't know how to do use yelp at first but y'all. This was the worst job ever!! I've never in almost a decade of getting nails. Have never had a nail fall of in three days that's crazy. Please never go here!! I wanted so badly to like this place as it's newly renovated by the new management and close to home, and I've been four times, but today will be my last. Each time I've gone, it's progressively gotten worse (last time, I asked for a manicure and pedicure, and after being there for three hours, I only received the manicure and left without doing the pedicure) but my manicure today was the straw that broke the camels back as it's completely horrible. My nails are insanely thick (3x thicker than I've ever seen or had), all tilted 30-45° up instead of being flush with the nail bed to look more natural. They're lumpy, each nail is a different length and looks like different tips because they all have different shapes. I came in stating that I wanted Pink & White Ombré oval nails and even showed a photo of what I wanted, she understood and looked at the picture a few times. I think Kelly forgot halfway through or was just rushing my service because other people were walking in, because she only did the pink powder. Then she tried to use a beauty sponge to stamp on the white. When I said it's not correct because it's supposed to gradually fade from white into pink and it looks very bad that way, she responded that she didn't do the white powder and that's how it's done. If she knew what needed to be done, why didn't she do it?! I felt like she was making it my fault that she didn't do it. Then when I said they don't look good and I'd just have to paint them, she wanted to leave them just pink from the powder. I had to say three times that I would need them painted because they don't look good, and then she didn't even paint them well! She didn't cap them off with the polish, and was rushing the painting (my hands didn't even stay under the UV light for the full 60 seconds between coats so it looks even more lumpy). To top it off, after she knew I was upset with them, she didn't offer to fix them and I was charged $57 for them! These aren't even worth half that cost. I just paid and left as I was very upset and didn't want to cause a scene. Unfortunately, I now will be attending my son's first birthday party with embarrassingly ugly nails and I will have to pay another salon to soak them off and give me what I asked for. I'm so disappointed and upset to be so embarrassed by what's on my hands, that I'm uncomfortable even showing my hands, but I have no choice and will have to spend a lot more money elsewhere to have them removed and redone. read more

I've been here two times now. I found them by a simple Google search and will not go anywhere else now. The location inside is so beautiful and clean. The vibes are welcoming and open. I usually get a gel mani/pedi and will upgrade my pedi to the Volcanic one and WOW. Yesterday, I could have fallen asleep. The staff are so sweet. I started getting my eyebrows waxed and have only been there and I will only continue going there for that service as well. I walk out feeling more beautiful then when I went in! The color options for your nails is usually so difficult for me though - so many beautiful colors/options. I just want each toe/finger a different color! Lastly, each time I called for an appointment I get the exact time I want and when I come in, I'm taken almost immediately. I would give them more than five stars if I could. read more

PLS don't go here. My nail was filed down to my skin, I received multiple cuts, my nails were on fire for days, it was the closest place i resorted to for a wedding event. BLOOD shed on my way home it hurt to touch my finger it was tingling in pain non stop. I'll add pictures of my nails after 2 days. Worker apologized but it's unbelievable the pain I withheld and an apology cannot undo this. I genuinely have enjoyed coming here with pooja they have drinks and an aesthetic ambiance with wide variety of polish & have done a great job with small fixes on nails but this time I cried my way home. Greeter was amazing but approximate time was off. No biggie we did not mind waiting with no AC. Anyone curious it's $20 to get a deep white tip. My nails feel like a size medium but nail tech said no it's a large I am not one to argue it's no biggie I'll pay it they say it's a large. I sat there the next long minutes in disbelief of the work my nails received the flopping around of acrylic beads the lack of technique it was so bad so bad. Worker apologized and said it was because their products dry too fast I smiled again no biggie. My mom was a nail tech so I'm my opinion it's just the way my nails had bumps was somthing I prayed and panicked internally about. Shaping comes around after going back to fill the gaps the results after was not bad :) but this is were things took a turn With filing I felt my hands get CUTS I don't know how to word it but in my opinion maybe IT was a BIT too aggressive. I am pretty kind and forgiving but I cannot forget how painful it was to feel my nail on fire meanwhile holding myself together and then getting my finger covered by the worker to not look. I LOOK AND INSTANT APOLOGIZING I WAS BLEEDING MY NAIL ON THE SIDE GONE. My only thought was this is going to be over soon it's okay. I thought I was going to be okay no biggie didn't focus on the pain but I was not okay, these last two days my nails have been in a pain to do anything. This is what I don't want you to experience and why I'm crying writing this review. I just wanted to leave so I sat through it all, my nails in pain getting polish remover rubbed on top of my cuts to clean up the white French tip I wanted. I was concerned but I had no energy to left in me to voice my concerns and I still paid, $75. Things only got worse with my pain. Unfortunately an apology will not make my cuts and filed down nail to my skin type of daily pain go away. please DO NOT GO HERE unless if it's your last option for now :/ Hopefully I can have a word with management via phone for my horror experience and express a resolution review in the future ... but this matter did cross the line. I wish a refund could happen for this event and I hope the nail techs pay more attention when shaping so no one goes through the pain I sat through :( read more

My recent visit to the nail salon was disappointing, to say the least. I haven't had my nails done in a few years so I went in with high hopes of getting a beautiful full set of nails, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Not only did the technician rush through the process, but within 3 days, my nails started lifting, revealing shoddy workmanship. It was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone seeking quality nail care. I went back after 4 days and was told that they would only fix the nails that were lifting and file the rest. Well I told the nail technician all of my nails are lifting, and she said no, and filed off the parts that were lifting on one hand and only fixed three of my nails (the most visible ones). Within two days after I left the shop again, they were all lifting AGAIN. 4 days after I left the nail shop 2 nails popped off. This is all before the two weeks fill mark. The nail technician also cut my fingers all up during the filing process both times. I do not recommend this nail shop at all for the price, the quality was horrible. read more
