They do great eyebrows but every time I have make a appointment I've waited more than 30 minutes to be seen sometimes almost a hour. I've given this places a lot of chances to honour there appointment times but it always fails. In addition 8/10 they never open on time either and are running late. The lady that was doing my toes was annoying she kept repeating if I wanted gel and I kept telling her no then when I would say no she started talking in her language with a attitude obviously talking about me because I heard her mention gel a few times then she had a attitude with me after I said I didn't want gel and then the lady that did my hands was a little more talkative but she did a horrible job my thumb nail is so uneven the polish is messy and this place is too overpriced for this nail work and if you ask them to fix something they get their attitude I wanted matte nails and noticed one of the nails wasn't matte the lady got annoyed because I asked her to make it matte .. never again am I going to this nail salon I actually had hopes for this place since it's close by but I rather drive to Apple valley and have great service and amazing nails for the same price .. read more

It's convenient to we're I shop at the Walmart down the street and I've had my nails done here two/three times needless to say I was very satisfied the problem is I call speak to the owner/manager and they make my appointment and I go in on time or 15min before because I'm not in a hurry:) and they say "you don't have an appointment" and I state impossible I spoke to you and you said you are putting it in the book never the less I explain this to you every time I come in and you say the same thing like Groundhog Day 5x now you should know our conversation by heart I pray your appointment service improves because the nail product service is good. I've been living in the HD for about 3 years now, I've been to so many places and nail studio by far the best. Everyone there is pretty chill and this place stays busy. I've been doing my ombré set with Stephanie and she's great she doesn't talk much which is fine with me because I like to watch Netflix and relax while getting my nails done. The pedi is average. Eyebrows pretty good too for waxing. I will continue to do my nails here. Stephanie always makes sure my nails are name length and shape she does whatever I ask with no question and she never makes me feel like a bother. I suggestion making an appointment. These nails are with 3 fills and I am impressed. Usually ombré is hard to maintain with fills. But she makes it happen and it looks great read more

So I throughly enjoyed the customer service. As well as the decor of the place, which is extremely cute. When I went, I had Kenny he was so kind and funny. The quality of the nail service that I received however, was low. I did not get what I paid for. Personally I think I spent way more than what my nails were worth. My nails are thicker than preferred and the design is not what I wanted also I have space on one of my nails where there should have been the powder.. would I return to this place again absolutely not.. read more

I should give them no stars for the way they treated me I made a appointment for 3 for a pedicure and I didn't get seen until a hour and 15 mins later, and then they felt bad so had me feet sitting in water for an additional 15-20 mins. When I called to make the appointment I told them I wanted my nails taken off she said okay so now the time of my appointment they had the nerve to say they don't do nail soak offs we'll have to pry them off how bad is your pain tolerance. That made me really upset because that is very unprofessional you could've told me over the phone you guys don't do nail soak offs. Let me start off by saying that this place is hella racist. I personally am half Vietnamese and half Japanese but I am fluent in Vietnamese. With being mixed, I do not look Vietnamese. I walk in and I hear these people refer to their African American customers as the "N" word in Vietnamese. They have nothing better to do than to sit there and talk crap about how fat their customers are, or how dirty, or complicated they are being. I asked the lady for my nails to be done by one of the gentlemen working, and when they communicated with each other his response in Vietnamese was "the fat one?". I am not only extremely offended by their actions and lack of respect they have towards their clients but I'm in disbelief of their work. Honestly , I've been waiting a long time to withhold from writing any type of review on here . As I think any place deserves a decent chance , I used to be patient but I think this was the last straw . This place never honors their appointments , but today was the worst of all experiences I've ever had in any nail salon . It's honestly laughable and questionable . So I arrived at the said time of my appointment , and the lady doing my nails (which has been done to me on several occasions here ) left me soaking in the liquid to remove the gel off my nails , while she attended another costumer , which again it wouldn't bother me as this next part . As I later waited 30 minutes later , she handed me the tool to remove the polish my self and pretty much gave me a good pat on the back and told me to do the manicure myself and asked me if I was bored . As you can all read by the reviews here , save your money and energy and go elsewhere . At least pay someone who will actually respect you enough . read more

Paid $32 for a mani/pedi & even though I was the ONLY customer there, The service was sub-par. Job was done way to fast w/NO massage AT ALL. I wasn't impressed with the end result either. Crooked toenails & no attential to detail on my manicure. Stephanie was the manicurist and even though this is the closest shop to my house...I would rather drive farther to get better service. The sign on the door says walk-ins welcome but the last six times I have attempted to walk into this nail salon are "too busy"

NEVER COME HERE. I am very dissatisfied with my service. I called 5 hours ahead and got an appointment for 5:30. I walk in and tell them my name and what my appointment was. And didn't get seen until 6:20. I then sit down in a chair to sit for another 15-20 minutes. I finally got seen and told them what I wanted AGAIN. I have my natural nails and told her I wanted a soak off and a full set overlay with my real nails. She then starts hacking at my nails and I told her no I want a soak off. She continues to hack at my nails and then says I'm not cutting your nails off. I then told her yes you are and said I wanted to keep my length. She then said that soaking my nails will take too long and I should just get a fill (after she already hacked at 2 of my nails). I told her NO I DONT WANT THAT I WANT TO GET THEM SOAKED OFF. ) She then walks away. Comes back 3 minutes later with a bowl so I can soak my nails. She soaks them. Does them. I told her I wanted a cuticle groom. She said it was a manicure I said okay that's fine I have no problem with paying extra. She continues to do my nails and has ever single one of my nails filed unevenly. Mind you. I walked in with one mail broken. She didn't do a form or anything to fix the length. Every mail was uneven. By the time we get finished she says I dont think you need a manicure I filled your cuticles with the machine.... I'm already irritated at this point so said whatever that's fine. Paid 45$ no tip. When i got in the car my husband handed me a nail file so i could make my nails even. I am NEVER coming here again. Worst nail experience of my life. If you guys don't mind the drive. Go to Cherry Nails and Spa in Fontana California off of Cherry. And ask for that Helen or Kathy. And tell them Typh sent you. They will treat you well!! read more

If I could 10 stars I would. I've been coming here for several years. Helen is the best... The best get nails in town. The staff is very nice and friendly. I also get my pedicures done here, usually mom do my feet. I love sitting in the massage chair being pampered. I have my eyebrows done here also, great job! The shop decoration is beautiful and comfortable. I don't want to forget to tell you about the custom drapes, they are always changed based on the season. The shop is very clean. If you like they always have a movie on to watch on the big screen TV. I have actually sat there relaxing until the movie ends. Then I go buy the movie to watch at home with my husband. I would definitely recommend coming to "the Nail Studio". This place is awesome. read more

HORRIBLE! ! had my nails and toes done there, place is dirty and they are so rude! The lady who did my feet tried using a metal crater on me, he'll no! Legit places know that ain't good for your feet I stopped her right away and she hardly even did anything I still have dead skin on my feet and they arnt soft as they are when I get them done elsewhere! And the guy who did my nails was very rude and pretty much gave off bad vibes of wanting me to sit still and and shut up and he gave me crooked nails! I spend ALOT on nails and pedicures, I don't do cheap & this place just lost a potentially new client since I just moved here. Only one lady is really nice and I liked, the only one who coherently speaks good English and isn't rude to you.
