I told the receptionist what I had, but she already knew. Very efficient process! Oh and they take cash tips FYI. Check them out!

I came in to be greeted by many technicians, a little overwhelming, for me. but the place was super clean and lowkey. it's not noisy with chatter or equipment. I was able to get sat down right away with Nani. she was super friendly and gentle with my manicure, giving detail to grinding down my nails, application, shape and length and color preference. washing my hands before/during the session was a nice refresher and also a first(!) with cleanliness of this business. I was offered cuticle oil after which i'm grateful that got brought up. hours after, my fingers don't feel irritated from the grinding like they usually do at places that overdo it. I was super happy with my manicure. i'm a bit more on the quiet side of conversation so I hope to come back and chat with the techs about life, it was quite entertaining hearing neighboring drama with other techs and clients. :))

I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She booked an appointment for me at 2, but told me I could come earlier too if I finished doing what I needed to do. I ended up coming around 1:15. Sue took me in immediately. Everyone was really welcoming and greeted me when I came in. Sue and I talked the entire time because I'm not from the area. She was very professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails! She noticed I had cat eye already on my nails, so she asked if I wanted to do it again, and when I said no, she didn't try pushing any designs or up-charges on me. She let me pick my color and was super nice when I was a little indecisive about the first set of colors that I saw. She was quick to show me more colors. We had a great conversation, and when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The person who gave…read moreme the pedicure, I'm so sorry but I can't remember her name, was very sweet and did a good job. For that reason I would go back. However, the place isn't clean. There is dirt all around the edges of the room. The base boards are broken and missing in some areas. The walls are dirty and really need painting. The ceiling tiles are stained and unsightly, many of them. I almost left before she started the pedicure when I saw how bad the place was because I reasoned that the pedicure water and tools might not be clean as well. So I took a chance and everything worked out okay. The price is good - $25.00. That and the good job she did is making me think about returning. But I'm not sure because the place kind of creeped me out. I gave them 3 Stars because they get 1 Star for cleanliness and appearance but 4 stars for the pedicure itself. Not 5 stars only 4 stars because I have had better for the same price. But it was a good pedicure - not luxurious - good. I would like to give 2 1/2 stars but there's no way to do that on Yelp. So 3 Stars it is.

This is a very welcoming family business that always makes you feel at home. I'm always greeted with a smile, and asked about the well being of my family. My advice: Take a break from all the nail factories out there; come in, relax, turn off your phone, and let the staff of S & P Nails do the rest!!! *****
