Black gel manicure with hologram powder
    Jennifer K.

Black gel nail manicure with hologram powder on top. Couple observations... was nervous to go here due to the reviews. My friend and I took three young girls. Their kid mani was $10 AND INCLUDED nail art. They did a really nice job. I personally think the kid pedi is overpriced by $5 but thankfully our girls didn't want one ;) Justin was amazing. Spoke English. Asked me questions. Was polite. And a very neat polisher. There IS a woman (long hair, wearing glasses) whom I think is the owner. She bordered on obnoxious. When our girls decided (when we first got there) that they only wanted manis I changed (before they started) my spa pedicure to a simple polish change on my toes... just because all of us were having manis at the same time and starting my spa pedi AFTER we were all done was have caused a horrific wait for the kids. She kept pushing and pushing me. I just politely ignored her and kept interfacing with Justin. She was the only negative to the place. We will be back.

Marie did a fantastic job! I never leave reviews, but these nails deserved it! She paid attention to every detail while still getting me in and out in quickly.

Excellent visit for my friend and I. Really sweet ladies, great service!! I had an amazing euro spa pedicure and she got the luxury spa pedicure and a shellac. Very professional and pampering.

Wish I had read the other reviews before going here! The same exact issue as the other people complained about with the same lady doing a super fast and sloppy job !!! Wow... where is the 0 stars option??? never in my life have I ever not left a tip for a service EVER.(or left a bad review) This is what a gel manicure looks like at this place... i left with more cuticles that I came there with. The woman never even put lotion on my hands. She was removing skin off my fingers instead of cuticles. Just clipping away!! I don't think she could see what she was doing honestly. Once he was finished andI told her I wasnt happy with the way my nails looked she told me this is how gel polish always looks. The nail polish is all over my skin and not to mention is is lumpy and super THICK. Worst worst worst job ever!! I paid $25 which is the cost of the manicure and the woman had the neveve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. Why yes, here is a damn tip- learn how to apply polish and how to treat your customers. If someone says they are not happy and the polish it absolutely too thick and sloppy REDO it!!!! Will NEVER go back to this "luxury" place ever again. Now I will have to go elsewhere and pay to remove this polish.

Took my sister over here to get a pedicure with me. Some cross-eyed lady did her pedicure (shown in pictures) and just flat out did a shitty job. We asked her to fix it then yelled at my pregnant sister across the whole salon saying how she wasn't going to fix it and that she didn't do anything wrong. Long story short, the service here sucks & I would not recommend to ANYONE.

They do not take Cash App payments. The service is ok though. Good pedicures. No intricate designs available. Basic colors

I went in for a full set of almond french tip nails. immediately started off wrong. i walked in…read morewith a friend and they took her first which was no problem. but then a lady walked in after us with no appointment for the same thing i was getting and got to go before me. i ended up waiting 30 minutes and my friend was close to done when i was just getting started. The application was ok but every time she messed up she used her finger to wipe and not a napkin or towel which can cause dermatitis. and it did in this instance. All of my nails are different sizes and i did tell her that multiple times and that my thumb was very crooked but she only gave it a few sends of filing and went on with her day. she cut 4 of my fingers and they bled. then proceeded to not have me wash my hands or wash the blood off and put product over it. the acrylic powder burned so much when it was put over the cuts i was in so much pain. after my nails were painted and all cured up, she filed them some more and then put lotion on my hands. She did not tell me to wash them and rubbed lotion into my hands with all of that dust and nail residue all in the lotion, so it was very grainy and very unpleasant. And then proceeded to put nail oil on me. I've been some multiple nail salons and I've recently just moved here but every nail salon I've been to after filing they make you wash your hands so that you don't have that grainy nail residue on you. my cuticles are now scabbed covered in blood and look very unpleasant, which is dissatisfying because I take very good care of my hands and my cuticles. it ended up being $70 in the end which I expected for a full set but usually when I get cut and bleed at any other nail salon, I get some sort of discount or they at least help me clean it up. I did not tip and got a weird look for not tipping but why would I tip a service that I was not satisfied with and was already paying $70 for? I hope this problem gets fixed because it is the only semi affordable place near me. But now I have contact dermatitis and messed up cuticles and won't be able to get my nails done for quite some time because I am in so much pain.

I've been going here for about a year. Saturday I noticed a couple of new nail techs. One was…read morevery chatty. I got there early to get the full on pedicure and then a fill in on my nails Pedicure was ok but I've had better. He was new and had to ask how to do the "Volcano " pedicure. I was going to expand my nail horizons and get these cool black nails with studs.... The new tech sat down and was talking away even before that. I showed her the pic She said Ok. She started the process talking away to her coworkers. I had to remind her twice to cut them back. She had just done the cut back with the Dremel tool (usually they manually cut them). She was talking to someone on her right and looked away and as she began to look back to me she hit my left ring finger with the Dremel tool going and WHAM ! It stung. She immediately grabbed it and blood started flowing. She kept putting some product on it and pressure but it wouldn't stop bleeding. So she covered it with a paper towel and finished my other nails. She kept apologizing and said she didn't want any product to get into it and that it was severe. She was going to do the black I had asked for but I said no because it would look stupid with a bandaid on one finger. I had her just do a natural color. Not the look I was so excited to have for Valentine's dinner out She told me to let it heal and come back in 2 weeks and she would fix it. She didn't charge me for the nails Told me to keep an eye on it and if it got infected to go to Patients First and give them the bill I was trying to be gracious and told her be glad it was me and not someone else who might not be as understanding. She said Thank you. I came home and immediately cleaned it with alcohol and neosporin and a fresh bandaid. As of today, Wednesday, I can now see what I thought was blood that seeped under the old nail product is actually my exposed nail bed along with the cuticle slice My finger is throbbing today. This is the first time I've ever had something like this happen. I'm so disappointed. I'm not going back there anymore. But now my dilemma is finding a new reputable Salon near me. But it will be awhile before this heals over enough PS. There was a really nice lady beside me who had just started getting hers done and her Tech apologized to her and had her wash her hands. I heard that lady say " I guess it happens ". So it seems some happened to her as well. Seems they've hired unqualified Techs.

Before I begin let me start by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences…read moreand my personal experiences alone, so without further ado let's begin!. I decided to visit this place to get a pedicure, i have been to other salons for pedicures but this one was recommended by someone so I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. I was greeted immediately, I asked what the price was and I was told there was no wait! So I was seated almost immediately!. One of the employees had the liner in the tub and ran the hot water and put some solution in the running water. It was hot and relaxing. He also brought me a small bottle of room temperature water and cut the massage chair on.. Shortly after the lady that performed my pedicure came over and tried to upsell me for a higher priced pedicure. She was very persistent but I knew what I wanted and I was not going to change my mind... The pedicure was quick and effective, kind of a rush job without much effort but maybe that's the process of getting a pedicure to get you in and out as quickly as possible.. overall I enjoyed it Note: I don't have hairy toes so there was nothing to cut off, men shouldn't have hairy toes and woman shouldn't have them either.. So ladies if you have hairy toes, please get that removed! Hairy toes are not attractive in any way!!!.. I took off one star because the lady asked me if I was paying cash because the price was $35 but I told her I was using a card. Then I said ok I will pay cash but when I got to the register the man charged me $37. Some where there was a communication gap, but I left a tip and departed!. I would return again...

I am the OPPOSITE of relaxed today. I have recommended this place to so many people and have been…read morecoming here for YEARS myself but today they made me feel like the number that I apparently am to them. Nail salons are a dime a dozen so I will go with grace.
