First of all, the salon itself is very bright, cheery and not pretentious. It is SPOTLESS! Seeing an immaculately clean salon is a sure fire sign of good service. Secondly, Maria did an amazing job. She was very professional, kind and knowledgable. Gianni, the owner, was very pleasant and acknowledged every client that walked into the door with a warm friendly smile. Finally, I didn't have to wait or listen to annoying/loud music, like some other salon experiences. Maria was very punctual. She completed the service in a timely manner and I didn't feel like my whole day was wasted. (Again, like other salon experiences) I would definitely recommend getting a service from Gianni Salon. An average spa treatment. Nothing out of the ordinary. Only 2 parking spaces available both spaces…read moreoccupied by either owners or workers, so be prepared to hunt for parking prior to your appointment. The therapist didn't speak any English so with this language barrier, she did whatever she wanted and I just had to make the best of it. The massage tables were uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were old rough on my bare skin. The amount advertised for the 90 min or 120 min treatment is totally different from what you will be charged on your way out. I find it distasteful and rude to demand a tip greater than 18%. At one point I felt uneasy and disrespected after paying for the treatment in full and leaving a tip greater than 18%. I wasn't aware that it was mandatory to have to pay an additional amount on top of the fee and Tip that was already paid. I wasn't sure I was allowed to leave if I did not leave atleast 30% tip to satisfy the cashiers demand. Not sure if this is a regular practice, however I won't subject myself to this embarrassment and uneasy feeling of disrespect. 06-04-2026 - @approx. 1pm est I received a call from someone named Sophia, saying they are "the manager" . The first red flag was I was text thru an automated system from the business then I was called from someone calling from a Pakistan phone number +92 99 239080. Conversation started pleasant and immediately went left once I began to explain my issue with the service & treatment I received while patronizing this establishment. It almost seemed like a rehearsed script used for all complaints and issues. First I was told that "maybe there was a language barrier , that was misunderstood. 2nd she immediately informed me that she saw my review and began contesting "my experience at this spa". 3rd she then told me that she "reviewed camera footage" , and this is what didn't sit well with me. This wasn't a call to resolve or fix a situation with a customer, this was more confrontational. She also said I was free to leave at anytime due to the fact that I stated , I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to leave without increasing the tip. I wasn't sure also accused of leaving a false review of my experience and at that point I asked if it was possible to get an email contact for the owner. The last thing this "manager" said before I ended the call was "this is what I mean, I am trying to work with you" as if she was doing me a favor. No thank you. Have a pleasant day.

Yolanda periodically offers discounts and has a monthly membership at reduced price. Yolanda always spends enough time on your skin to make sure all issues are addressed and I never feel being rushed. I went in to discuss a…read moreserious medical issue that I have been dealing with for a long time and spoke with Doctor Maria Amar. After waiting and having pictures of me taken on their ipad which I was not told the purpose for, I only had about a seven minute consultation with Maria. She ordered a specialized blood test panel for me. She told me during my visit that when they receive my bloodwork results, they will call me so I can come in and discuss them. I promptly got this done and received my results. I waited a few weeks to receive a call from the dermatologist office and did not hear from them at all. So I called them. They made me wait on hold for about 10 minutes and when I was finally the "first in line" their automated system then told me they cannot take my call at that time. So I called the next day. I asked if they received my bloodwork results. The woman who answered the phone checked and said that they did receive my results. I then asked if I can come in to discuss the results. She tells me that the provider that ordered it has not yet looked at it. Then she asked me if I would be fine talking about it over the phone and I said yes (although I initially hoped to speak to the doctor in person about my results and the next steps) and confirmed my number for them to call me, and she said that I will get a call. I never received the call. Considering that this is a dermatologist office that markets itself as "high end" and was also quite expensive even just the copay was well over 100 dollars (just for a very brief consultation) this kind of treatment is completely unprofessional. For a doctor to tell you confidently they will reach out to you to discuss a very important health matter and doesn't even look at your results NOR call you back is just unacceptable service. I was optimistic going to this doctor after struggling with this issue for a long time and going to many doctors and trying several different medications already, and had a very negative and unhelpful experience at Geria Dermatology .
