We just dealt with a 17 hour commute from east coast to the west coast, slept barely, was up and out the door at 6 am to catch our ferry to Friday Harbor, only for it to be canceled and delayed until 740 pm. At this point I just wanted coffee. Nobody was opened except these people. I had a mocha latte and a blueberry scone which was the BEST scone that I've ever tasted before. Shrub is a sweetened fruit infused vinegar. For the float they use the shrub (from local vendor Girl Meets Dirt), seltzer water, and your choice of ice cream. I definitely could see this being a summer drink. Has a bit of a bite from the vinegar (I'd advise to make sure it's all fully incorporated or you'll end up with a straight shot of the shrub).
