Food was very good very fresh. Service was a ten. Table settings and cleanliness was a ten. They go the extra mile. I told the waiter I was a little under the weather and he accompanied my dishes with extra ginger and recommended things that surely helped me along with my cold. (Almost like a food pharmacist) definitely will be back. It's located off the beaten path on a somewhat non-business less busier street (76th avenue) but was worth the visit and hope they do well. We have been to Harmony 2 twice before and fully enjoyed our experience. Last night was a nightmare. We arrived and the dining room was not crowed. We waited in the entrance to be seated. After waiting and no one came to seat us, I spoke to a gal that was making sushi and asked her to get someone. She yelled across the entrance and finally someone came, and said "Just seat yourselves". We sat down and waited for a waiter or waitress to at least bring menus. After waiting for a period of time, we got our own menus. We ordered two appetizers and our main course. The food came and there were the appetizers AND the main course all at once. The waiter put the food down, we asked for sweet and sour sauce and he left, without giving us dinner plates and never returned with the sweet and sour sauce. The order was not correct. We ordered Shrimp, Green Peppers, and Tomatoes, it came, Shrimp, Green Peppers (raw), and Onions. All of the food was cold. We asked for a manager and was told none were on duty. We were given a 10% discount that amounted to $4.34. This was probable the worst dining experience I have had in years. We were so glad that we had a Chinese Restaurant in the neighborhood after Hong Ming closed, but that is the last time we will visit this establishment. read more

Last spring we got a flyer for Harmony. Since it was only one town over we went to try it. The food was amazing. The wait staff attentive and very friendly, despite they were still finishing up the completion of the building. My wife and I have since come back a few times. We can't wait for the outdoor patio section to open to add to the ambiance of the place. For our anniversary we went with friends and family to try their Hibachi dinner. I was really hungry and thought I'd give this place another try. I really wanted to like this place. I had been in there shortly after they opened last winter, thinking they were just going through the "growing pains" of being a new restaurant and trying to get their act together. Unfortunately, the food is still awful. I must say, this restaurant is HANDS-DOWN the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Ridiculously small portions yet ridiculously high prices. Everything is ala carte. Food not fresh. Each and every item I ordered was atrocious and tasted funny, either sour, old product, old sauces and/or no taste. The barbecue pork appetizer was a joke. Cost $9.99 and was in a tiny four ounce container. About five small pieces in the box (not that I would have wanted more). The meat (if that's what you want to call it) was as hard as a rock and was very grisly with an odd taste. There might have been a teaspoon of barbecue sauce total on the pork (again if that's what you want to call it). I couldn't even eat the pork it was so bad. Ordered crab rangoons, they were over-cooked and also as hard as a rock. I could have broken a window with the crab rangoons. The Mongolian beef was $15.99 for a large, had a funny taste, and again, loaded with onions and green peppers, but barely any meat (not that I would have wanted any more). Ordered a small chicken broccoli, $9.99, that too came in a small box, with maybe seven small pieces of chicken. Needed a microscope to find the chicken, and like everything else, the chicken had a very funny taste. Opened one of the sweet and sour packets and it smelled rancid. Even the Wonton soup tasted weird. It was also cold. I live three minutes away from the restaurant, there is no excuse for it having been luke warm at best. And their price points are RIDICULOUS. Almost $60.00 for this garbage. I got it to go. I went inside the restaurant to order. I was there at dinner time, and there were maybe five customers in the entire restaurant. Now I know why. I quite frankly have no clue how they even make it, historically none of the restaurants in this location (the old Toby's) ever last. It's a bad location, and considering how awful their food is, I am quite certain they don't get repeat business. I stand by my initial review. Go to Jewel and pick yourself up a frozen Chinese dinner, it will be cheaper and taste better. And you can spend the $50.00 you saved on a real restaurant! read more

The food here is outstanding. My family has ordered take out from here several times and we will continue to go back. The menu has a great variety. The food is also piping hot and extremely flavorful. I have always had a great experience with the staff here too, always polite over the phone and when I come to pick up the food. Service was good. Waiter was prompt and answered questions about the dishes offered. I had the sushi dinner for 2 . All fish was good portioned and fresh tasting. The sushi rolls were very good also. My wife had the curry fried rice and it was very good and a huge portion for the price. We went here for dinner. The food was delicious. They have not gotten their liquor license yet so BYOB for now. Highly recommend.
