Such a nice, cozy place to practice yoga and meditating, but I do think they should place a much lower capacity on the class because in my last class, I literally had someone on each corner of my mat and the room is not a huge space either. Yoga mats are available, the props are clean, and Teresa being such a wonderful instructor, always makes sure everyone is tended to and is comfortable.

Keep in Touch is not a fancy, glitzy 'medispa' that I have grown accustomed to seeing, but it is a lovely space and it looked immaculate. I genuinely feel like my day isn't complete if I don't make it to a SweatLab class. I also love the infrared heated aspect of the classes and the red lighting--it creates such a great atmosphere and really helps intensify the workout. The studio itself is immaculately clean and has such a cool, energetic vibe. One of my favorite touches is the ice-cold lemongrass scented towel at the end of class--it's so refreshing after a tough workout. Sarah, the owner, is incredibly sweet, and her Power54 class is one of my absolute favorites. I've been to several gyms and studios in the area, and this is by far the best one. The pricing is very reasonable, and you can even try your first class for $1. Highly recommend!
