I've been here twice so far and Lauren and Kathryn were great instructors! Very attentive to my form and their classes flew by even though some positions were challenging. They were very knowledgeable and were able to create modifications if a position wasn't comfortable. I felt lean, stronger and my posture felt like it improved after 1 session. Please create more later sessions at 6pm or 6:30pm! I'd love to come back but end work at 5pm. read more

Best Pilates I've been to yet here in the area. Took a class with Anna and not only was she nice she was awesome instructing a sequence that made me energized and also butt-kicked. This large-for-pilates-studio is well established and known in the area. It has all equipment that Joseph used and intended for mindful aligned fitness in two expansive rooms with wiggle space between reformers and towers. Prices are steep but pilates is for the high brow fitness seeker anywhere you go. I signed up for 5 classes and looking forward to my next one already. read more

The studio is beautiful and has all the Pilates equipment you could wish for. The teachers are fabulous. They are perfectly trained, super creative and all you could ask for- they focus on you and your goals. They are stickler for form and make sure you are safe and working hard, but working properly. I recently retired and decided to return to Pilates. I the studio is clean and easily accessible with the adjacent parking lot. the instructors are all welcoming and friendly. I had my first private session with Ania. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable and a stickler for proper form.
