I've tried barre at Exhale and Bar Method before, but Pure Barre was definitely my favorite. Most barre classes are upbeat and challenging, but Pure Barre definitely has the best set of moves and number of repetitions. No matter how fit you are, this class will beat you up. I really loved that the stretches were scattered in between the most challenging exercises for sufficient rest. None of the stretches felt rushed, which is what I've experienced at other studios. The lockers are easy, there's a key to the lock so you don't have to bring your own. The studio itself is well-kept and clean, and the class wasn't crowded at all at the Sunday 7am class. The instructors do a great job of giving you tips throughout the class to help you with your form.
