I heard this happening to other patients coming in for their appointments. Either they have no clue how to use the software to schedule appointments OR they are cancelling people and slipping others into that time slot. Would not recommend this practice.

This place has enough room for you to feel like you have your own personal space and while there's multiple people completing their exercises there's enough staff to make sure everyone is doing them correctly and getting the attention that they need.
