I was in New York for two weeks visiting family and the back of my neck wasn't able to turn properly after the plane ride and it hurt like a freaking bitch!!! I am quite upset with this office. I called to make an appointment as a new client with my insurance. The receptionist confirmed that they accepted my insurance and I was ready to start physical therapy to return to work. I called twice to confirm and she said they accepted it. Then I wake up on the day of my appointment day excited to go to physical therapy and I got a call from the office saying they don't accept my insurance. I know that the insurance tells you when you call if they are in network with your facility or not. I'm really disappointed that this occurred because this affects my livelihood. My physical therapy is essential for me to return back to work. However, thank God I was able to find another physical therapy place to accommodate me the same day. read more

I was searching for a new therapist for my mother because her pervious therapist wasn't doing much for her in my option. I suggested she try someone new so after extensive research I came across Strategic Physical Therapy. Based solely off of their reviews which we pretty position we scheduled an appointment. The staff is very friendly, we were able to recognize the knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern they had for every patient that came their way. After a couple of short weeks, we're simply pleased with the results of therapy thus far. The team has brought my mom to a more comfortable level to regain strength and advance her progress further. There is nothing compared to Strategic Physical Theraphy the care that they provide is of immeasurable value. My mother is in her 80's and recently did second knee replacement surgery and we had to get an outpatient physical theraphy. We searched and by faith we choose "Strategic Physical Therapy" it was the best decision we made for our mother recovery. Not only did Dr Keyuri Patel , Ester and their staff helped my mother walk again but they treat her like their own mother. The care and treatment my mother had together with their expertise allowed my mother to be able to walk again. My mother is now able to walk without a cane. Strategic give my mother the treatment she needed and they hold her hand all the way. I cannot thank Dr Patel enough for the care she has given to my mother. I have seen my mother with excruciating pain and I have seen how they manage her pain with their patience and will do the exercises let her rest if she needed to then will treat her again. My mother says that coming to Strategic Physical Therapy is like dealing with trusted family and would never consider changing Dr Patel. A complete and total god send...I called Strategic Physical therapy one day out of sheer desperation from the two physical therapy I was going to in the area that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my rehab. I just did my right knee arthroscopic surgery on 8/15/19, my original therapy place was not accommodating. My surgeon gave me another one where they were stand offish just completely unfriendly. I googled therapy places in my area and Strategic therapy came up, Cynthia the front desk young lady (who is totally hilarious and a total doll love her) helped me out in getting an appointment. So let's get into it I started therapy the beginning of September, the Physical therapist's Kay and Mallory and Rehab assistant Ester (sometimes Ravi will be there assisting also) everyones on the same page which is getting you back to your normalcy. Their really top notch when it comes to making you hit your goal for the week. I went in there in tears because I felt hopeless about how I was moving it just seemed as if I wasn't getting no where. After speaking with Kay the first visit (which Cynthia squeezed me in the next day after my call) she reassured me that it was not an overnight process I had to put the work in to get back to myself. I'm here to say that two months in ya girl is smiling and able to just use her cane only while outside. If your looking for somewhere where your actually being worked on, made to do your exercises to get you to your goal THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! I went to another therapy place for over two years and was in and out in 30 minutes but here I'm here the minimum 1 and a half hours and it's amazing. Do you know what it's feels like to feel hopeless to now see a light towards the end of the tunnel of getting back to yourself...I cannot stress it enough if your goal is to get back to yourself thru hard work and a dedicated staff come here!!! read more

When my lymphedema flared up enough to warrant a trip to a therapist, I called Strategic PT hoping to find someone trained in lymphedema therapy. Luckily enough, Keyuri (or K as she likes to be called) is a certified therapist. I've been seeing her since the beginning of July & I can't begin to say how great she is. I see her 3x a week & I look forward to going because of K. She is extremely knowledgeable not only about lymphedema as well as her other specialty, physical therapy, but she knows the body as a whole. She will go above & beyond to help a patient. I spend an hour or more there every time I go & K is the type of person who makes the time flyby even when I'm laying on the table getting a lymphatic massage. She's always listening to me complain about other areas that are hurting but that are not affected by the lymphedema & she will work on those areas as well to ensure my whole body is healthy. Her staff is also amazing. If you're looking for a place to go for PT, I highly recommend coming to Strategic PT. You won't be disappointed read more

When I went to this place, I had Dr. Dhiren Patel evaluated me. I felt very uncomfortable work with a male physical therapist. I wanted to work with Keyuri Patel. But I decided against my gut to stay with Dhiren Patel. First he was evaluating me based on my movement. Then he mentioned that he has to do a strange procedure in which he wanted me to lie on my stomach and he would just touch different parts of my body. My role was to let him know which side of the body I feel it. I have never had a therapist do something like this too me. After relaying back on my past therapy I have had with others, I came to the conclusion that this was his cheap way of feeling up all over my body. I had trusted him to help evaluate my condition. But never to try to molest me. I immediately stopped coming to this place. It is unfortunate because there price range was reasonable. read more
