It finally took 24 days after the incident for a representative from Motion PT to reach out to me and that was only after this review was posted. One final word. (Nov 3rd) Fortunately my health insurance fully covered the expense for the trip to the urgent care center and the expense for the treatment at the wound care center. One thing that was not covered was the prescription for a special burn cream and assorted bandages,tape,gauze etc. It wasn't much about $30.00 I have submitted receipts on October 10 to Motion PT.for reimbursement. Still waiting for a response.

It feels like you are hanging out with friends or family while still getting the healing help you need. I love how the therapists all work together to help each other. Eunice was my therapist and she was great. Always attentive. The other therapists were also very professional and helpful as well. I loved Val the assistant, she is really a valuable asset. Sierra the receptionist was always so pleasant and cheerful as she welcomed you.

So far the front desk has been good except for call backs. It's a challenge but it's also understandable that they are busy and they're dealing with many patients in a daily basis. They also take care of any paper work you may need for work, school, etc. As far as I know, no is no parking lot, but there is Street parking with meters.
