They are not at all agile in neither customer service nor accommodating needs of the disabled. I do not drive due to my injuries. My Uber was late and I tried to call at 4pm regarding a 4:20 appointment, but it took 10 or more minutes to reach a human. I had to coonect to the billing depot before I was able to speak to a person who xoonected me to bellmore. By the time I got a person I was nearly there when I was told I would not be seen today. I arrived, first time there, and their street facing door is actually their back door, with a sign that said please knock loudly. I knocked, soneone came, open the door and asked what I wanted. I said to come in. He said you have to go to the front which is actually the back. Here I am barely able to walk and this idiot wants me to walk around the building rather than accommodate me and let me in. The director was not available. I believe this business is too busy to care about being customer friendly and accommodating, and too big to be agile and adjustable. I was asked I'd I wanted to reschedule and I replied absolutely Not. I will not do business with such an establishment which is probably an indication of the level of treatment I would receive.

She also immediately provided me with a home program that was adapted as time went on to fit my progress or regressions. She also knew when to refer me to see a doctor for medication. A friend recommended Dr. Zhang for acupuncture, and since this was my very first time trying it, I decided to give it a chance. The clinic environment is wonderfully clean and comforting. After a brief chat, Dr. Zhang immediately sensed my frequent anxiety. She was incredibly gentle and reminded me that I need to protect my own energy before I can take care of others. Sitting with her, I felt so safe and relaxed that I couldn't help but burst into tears--which ended up being such a necessary emotional release. The treatment itself was completely painless! I honestly couldn't feel the needles at all. I stayed for a 30-minute session, and by the time I got home that evening, my period had started--a clear sign that my body's qi and blood circulation were activated. That night, I slept soundly all the way through until morning, and I woke up the next day feeling full of energy and vitality. I'll definitely be continuing my treatment here for the next two months and am really looking forward to more good news. Highly recommended!
