The place is easy to find, very clean and stylish inside and the technician was so kind and knowledgeable. However I was disappointed they only do electrolysis on gray hairs only. They tried to explain their policy to me on that but it just didn't make sense since electrolysis is permanent hair removal and laser is just faster way to remove hair but not permanent. Both process sting so it's not the pain that's a problem. Anyways I tried laser for the first time and have setup more appointments in the future to see how it goes.
