Really?? three times she said it. i just laughed it off. sorry, i got hit with $6800 medical bills in the past week so i think a 30% tip ain't bad. ... actually had me second guessing myself... am i cheap? I went in expecting a more thorough facial, but was disappointed that extractions weren't included in the service. They used a hydropressure machine, which sounded promising, but in reality it mostly felt like water being pushed into my skin and then suctioned back out. It didn't feel as effective as I had hoped. After the facial, my skin actually felt a bit greasy rather than refreshed or deeply cleansed, which was a letdown. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I would return. It may work for others, but personally, I expected better results.
