I thought I had purchased a Swedish massage which I have had before, this was not that. I received what I considered a medical massage. I wanted to relax instead I was stretched like a pretzel. While this was still good it was not what I came for. I get this every Tuesday at my chiropractor's office. Here I came to be relaxed. I can agree with the other reviews light was not dimmed and clock was ticking throughout. The masseuse gave me homework after the massage who wants that. I have never reviewed…read moreanything but a restaurant as a matter of fact, but as an avid Yelper I know how important Yelp reviews can be to a business So I am going to try my best. Let me also preface that I only give five stars when they are due. I have been a patient of Dr. Seigal and Dr. Voutoiilis for over five years. That seems like a long time, and you may be thinking, "like if they are so good why aren't you cured of all of my ailments?" My neck condition is such that I require somewhat habitual treatments; some months more often than others. The best part about this place is that they are so accommodating. Practically anytime I am in pain, they fit me in. They have convenient nighttime and weekend hours for people, like me, who work and have hefty commutes. The office is small but comfortable and has always been staffed by friendly inviting professionals that make you feel like you are catching up with old friends; rather than just coming to a doctors office. Dr. Siegel has a deep understanding of osteopathic manipulation. He is conservative in his application, never pushing me beyond my comfort level. I always leave feeling better with clear instructions on how to maintain my progress toward better physical health and wellbeing, and usually a good tip on a cool brunch place; Yelp users will appreciate that he is a bit of a foodie as well. If you live in the footprint of Lynbrook, and you find yourself needing a chiropractor, check these guys out. You will quickly feel like you are part of the family instead of just another patient.

I went in expecting a more thorough facial, but was disappointed that extractions weren't included in the service. They used a hydropressure machine, which sounded promising, but in reality it mostly felt like water being pushed into my skin and then suctioned back out. It didn't feel as effective as I had hoped. After the facial, my skin actually felt a bit greasy rather than refreshed or deeply cleansed, which was a letdown. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I would return. It may work for others, but personally, I expected better results.
