I've had my car repaired at Lamettry's twice after two collision accidents. The first repair was…read morewell done and the paint match was spectacular considering I have a white tri-coat paint on my car that can be really difficult to match. My only complaint was that they wiped off the anti-glare coating on my infotainment screen while cleaning the inside. When I picked up my car, there were smudges all over the screen that were impossible to remove so I took it back for them to get the rest of it off. Surely they knew they had wiped the coating off but failed to say anything about it... however, it wasn't a huge deal so I let it slide. The second repair was also great, with a few (concerning) exceptions: 1) When I picked up the car, the metal door hinge/clasp was loose. I took it back and they fixed it quickly. 2) A piece of the door handle was also loose. Quick fix but it had me wondering if they do any sort of quality check afterwards. What would have happened if I didn't notice any of these things? Further damage down the road or safety hazard? 3) When I picked up my car, two employees had connected their iPhone to my car. They also changed all of my sound settings and maxed out the bass. To some, this might not be a big deal but to me it's annoying and it seems unprofessional for employees to connect their personal phones to a customer's car. What if they had damaged my speakers from maxing out the bass? As far as price goes, they do seem to be a little expensive, but if you're going through insurance then it shouldn't be a problem. I was quoted $1300 for a separate repair and I'm glad I didn't go through with it because the dealership down the road charged me $500 for the exact same repair. That's an $800 difference! And it was just replacing two plastic parts underneath the car, Overall, I'd recommend this place for repairs even though the customer service isn't the best. My repairs have held up well so far and I've had other car techs compliment their work. You can't even tell the car had repairs! However, the fact that there were loose parts has me feeling a little weary.

My family went to an appointment and got the estimate, and Matt sent an estimate off to the insurance. My insurance didn't answer, so I pushed my insurance, and they responded to Matt approving it. I heard nothing from Matt. I called to follow up. The lady told me that Matt would get back to me. Nothing. Then, I waited a month ...forgot about it... called back, trying to see what the heck.. 2 months later. No answer, no response from Matt. I was told that they would call... Waited again.. I had to chase the guy down and told the girl that answered the phone that it was ridiculous. Matt finally called me back and had mentioned via telephone that he'll go ahead with it and emailed me, out of no where he told me in email that he talked to the manager (attached) and basiclly not worth the fix. I was so upset that I called to speak to Matts manager. The manager stated that Matt probably thought it'll be better to put money in my pockets.I dont want the money. That's why it's a claim. He also mentioned that Matt's done it before upsetting customers. By not understanding, I'm assuming? I said if my repairs are not meeting dollar amount in minmum, they should have told me months ago and not say yes then say no to me 3 months later. He told me that it wasn't because the repair was "too little." He said they would fix it and order the part, and he would personally call me when part gets in.

Two things come to mind here:…read more 'Amazing service' and 'Carrie is awesome'! One of the only places in the cities that was open on a Saturday. Two idiot young criminals tried breaking into my car and smashed the back side window out. On a vehicle that is a popular target, that window was extremely difficult to find. Safelite Auto Glass wanted nearly $1K for it--which is insane--and more than a week to get it replaced. Only1 could do it for less than half that cost. Carrie from Only1 helped me keep my sanity. I wasn't sure I wanted to file a claim with my auto insurance because I hadn't looked at the fine print for auto glass replacement (deductible or no?), and I didn't know if anyone could even find a window before temps dipped down to the single digits in the next few days. Carrie got my insurance on the phone with us on a three-way and we both tried to work out the details but my insurance was sending us over the hill and through the woods with no clear answer. Through all of this, Carrie was always positive, bright and upbeat. She was kind, caring and aware of my hellish overnight work schedule. By chance, Carrie was able to get a replacement for my side window within a day or two, once my insurance got their ducks in a row. They put me down for an appointment pretty much the day after and then my vehicle's window was replaced--good as new! The shop was very easy to find and I had no trouble finding a spot to park. Indoors, the shop was clean, warm and office-like. Carrie's desk was right at the front so we were finally able to meet after that adventure with my insurance. My hubs had tagged along and we were directed to the waiting room after handing my vehicle keys over to an older gentleman who worked in the shop. The waiting room had a large screen TV, several chairs, and an area with refreshments (well-stocked mini-fridge, coffee maker, hand sanitizer, etc). Everything was very clean and spaced out so you weren't sitting right next to anyone. There were two older gentlemen in the waiting room having a nice chat (despite the slight language/cultural barrier) about the news on TV--you don't often see this in waiting rooms anymore, too many folks on their phones nowadays. When the coffee maker had a slight hiccup (one of the older guys tried to get coffee), everyone in the room came forward to help. Man! What kind of place draws kind strangers in as customers??? I think my hubs and I waited about an hour and a half. I was able to catch part of the heart-pounding Japan vs Spain FIFA game--oof, that was intense! Spain was leading 1-0. Went home not knowing who would win though I was rooting for Samurai Blue. All the broken glass had been vacuumed up. New window rolled up and down without issue. Even the shade was working again (it wouldn't pull up before because of the broken glass). It was SO nice to be able to drive without a loud plastic bag rippling in the wind and not losing precious heat in this weather. My sincerest thanks to Only1 Auto Glass and Carrie! Also, as a kind of footnote: My hubs, who is incredibly discerning about service, was quite impressed/happy with this business (it helps that their mini-fridge stocked his favorite drink (a rarity) and their coffee maker also made hot chocolate). And Japan beat Spain 2-1 in an incredible victory--raaaaaaahhhhhh!!

He and his associate were both friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process before getting started. The installation itself took about 40 minutes, and the results were great. Everything looks perfect, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Only 1 Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement.

The estimate process itself was very quick, professional and clear. I brought the car in on a Wednesday and got it back the next Tuesday and the work was beautifully done. My car is a red tri-color that the other places I got estimates from said was very difficult to paint evenly. They nailed it--and the final bill was right inline with the estimate.
