Review: A Total Transformation by Zamari Make Ready Rating:…read more I recently purchased a foreclosed property that, frankly, was in rough shape. It needed a lot of love and a massive amount of work to become livable. I hired Zamari Make Ready, and I can honestly say they exceeded every single expectation I had. They are much more than just a "make ready" crew; they are miracle workers. Here is a snapshot of the incredible work they handled: * Interior Refresh: They performed extensive drywall repairs and a full interior paint job that made the house feel brand new. They even replaced all the toilets and swapped out old door knobs, which made a huge difference in the overall feel of the home. * Structural & Exterior Care: They tackled the tough stuff, including repairing cracks in the brickwork and replacing rotted siding. * Outdoor Restoration: Our broken fence was completely replaced, instantly improving our curb appeal and security. * Attention to Detail: They even tracked down and replaced missing tiles, seamlessly matching the existing flooring. Why I Recommend Them What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the craftsmanship, but their professionalism and efficiency. Taking a foreclosed "project house" and turning it into a home is a stressful process, but Zamari Make Ready made it look easy. They were punctual, communicative, and didn't cut corners. If you have a property that needs a serious overhaul--or just a professional touch to get it market-ready--do yourself a favor and call them. I couldn't be happier with the results! Before and after attached!

Nick and Hightower Service were excellent and great value. I put in a service request for my…read moreCarrier AC around 3 pm and requested an appointment 2 days forward. Within 45 min got a call from Tim saying he could send a Technician today around 4:30 pm. I had two other HVAC companies out, one said my thermostat was broken and I just needed to replace it but wouldn't replace it because it was a Carrier he suggested calling someone for a second opinion. Another told me it was needing a new compressor and capacitor and because it was a Carrier that would cost over $6,000 or replace the entire thing for $15,000 Nick came out was up front on everything: pricing, expected time spent, what he thought the issue was initially, once he figured out the issue he explained what he would do and offered his understanding of where other HVAC technicians went wrong diagnosing the AC problem. The Carrier website has a list of service providers and I went with them because of their rating. I rarely do reviews and only because i feel strongly positively or negatively. Recommending Technician Nick and Hightower easiest thing I have done for the past two months!

We currently use Dan for all of our electrical work he is professional, prompt, thorough, thoughtful, clean, friendly, fairly priced and exceptionally easy to work with.
