Sadly I came at a time that it wasn't on the shelf so he offered to special order the part for me. When it arrived, Tyler gave me a courtesy call to come in and pick it up. When I arrived, Roy was the helpful associate. I paid for the part, which was very reasonable!! Then I asked for help to remove the broken head and install the new one. Today it was a simple just some acetone as I wanted to wipe off paint and the basic store bought stuff just won't do it and as small as this shop seems to be they do have it all and was very easy to find than the larger ones as it literally took me a minute to find it and a minute to reach to the register without a wait and was on my way faster than taking the needed pics to show off this great Kailua location. If needed staff is very easy to find here but as I knew exactly what I wanted it was okay and parking in the back is spacious with short walks to the automatic doors is just nice to have a quick spot to find exactly what you need without being lost as I finished my project so easily. They have a good selection of items for your hardware needs whether it be paint, tools, bathroom or kitchen fixtures, etc. They have a decent amount of parking, but it can get challenging at times.
