Which was installing ceiling fans( purchased separately) with "on the wall" wiring rather than in the wall wiring and all the fixins purchased from these folks. It was my first project of installing ceiling fans like this (Have installed ceiling fans before but never the wiring from the outlet) and I have to admit it all went pretty well. Because here it is late August ... hot as he__, .. well you know how hot it is, and guess what?!, my ceiling fans are working fine and the on the wall wiring looks professionally installed, albeit, perfectly fine. I'm having my apartment painted soon, in late September to have all the on the wall -- WIREMOLD-- colors blend in with the paint on the ceiling and walls. There were some hiccups on the invoice but they credited me appropriately when I pointed errors out to them. they corrected problems immediately. Even though he had all my contact information, it seemed he couldn't be bothered. My project was delayed until late July and my contractor once again encouraged me to work with Today's Home Decor. Luckily, or so I thought at the time, Joe's mother Nancy was in the shop and Joe was not. I had my floor plan, so that was not an issue this time. Because my space is unconventional, I needed semi-custom cabinets. I explained the configuration I wanted and Nancy told me she would work on the quote. When I still hadn't heard from her 12 days later (having gotten a quote from a competitor in 4 days), I called. She told me that she had submitted her work to the manufacturer and expected a quote the next Monday. Three weeks later, I still hadn't gotten a quote. They obviously didn't want the job. So don't waste your time with them and don't give them your business. Nobody should have to deal with this truly and totally unprofessional business.
