Barely a 2-star. Everything I ordered was cooked beyond reason. Service was slower than cold molasses. Volume inside was beyond loud. And the AC was blowing hard - in January! It was clean but this location is old and worn out. Three Frisco combos with an bill over $33 - just about $3 per head too high for Hardee's food. I suspect they survive on tourist traffic and not repeat locals. It's past time for a reboot. read more

I was running late this morning and needed to eat so I stopped at my local Hardee's for a sausage, egg and cheese on brioche bun and an iced coffee. Probably the single worst sandwich I have had, a total salt bomb, it was inedible. The coffee was good at least although for some reason they do not put in the sweetener (Splenda packet)! This was a huge disappointment. read more

I hate to leave a bad review for any place, but the server at the Counter was so unfriendly and rude and the service was so slow that I would not recommend this place. Additionally, three people had three burgers, one order of fries and two drinks and the Bill was over $30. I would steer clear of Hardee's and surfside beach, simply for the rude kid at the cashier. read more

The staff is excellent. Very busy location. Everyone works hard to fill the orders . The quality of the food is great. The excellent service and the excellent quality of the food made my visit perfect. I will be back. read more

do not go there. was ignore by the employee until he decided to take our order. Then, he was rude, cold and did not care. Management was no different. she (i forgot her name) was rude and told us to call corporate if I wanted to complain. she refused to give us the general manager or her number. I do hope the person who owns this will intervene or close it down. Never will i go there again and will tell everyone we see about this place. rudest hardees anywhere read more

Disrespect of customers comes at no extra cost at this location. Hardees needs to up thier training game...when a manager wants to argue with a customer in front of other patrons..its a problem. read more

6:45 am on a Saturday. Breakfast rounds were cold, gravy extremely lumpy and luke warm at best. Counter help was doing register, fryer and drive thru by herself and she didn't care if we got waited on or not. First ever Hardees that there was no senior discount and charged over $2 for "a cup" of coffee. Had to ask for silverware for biscuits and gravy. read more

I ordered a large drink and strawberry lemonade. They rang me up for 2 mediums. After getting my order wrong they made me pay extra for their mistake. They are slow and very disrespectful. I ordered to go and waited while people who ordered after me got there's first. Overall 0/10 not coming back. read more

I have given this location so many chances over years but I am done! The food was mediocre at best but the breakfast was good for a time. Now the service is so bad never again! This kind of service starts with crappy management so no point in complaining to them. We have to many options for excellent food and service to give this place more time than I am giving it right now! read more

Hardee's - Fast Food Near Me - Surfside Beach, South Carolina

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, this isn't the place for you. I've been here multiple times and it always takes 20-30 minutes to get through the drive thru for breakfast; even when the line isn't long. The people working here are incredibly friendly and my order has always been correct and hot. That's why I still come. I know ahead of time that it's going to be a long time before I get my order so it's not as frustrating now. read more

This great chain restaurant Hardee's. The drive through orders was fast, we ordered for 7 people and they had us pull to the side. A few minutes later our food came out. There wasn't any sidewinders, trolls or zombies in the parking lot. The food itself was the best Hardee's had to offer. Maybe they need to cut grass. read more

Slower than you can imagine. It has been this way for more than 20 years. They just don't learn. Every Saturday the drive thru line is 30 to 45 minutes long. It is the same if you go inside. I forget why I don't come here, try it, then stop coming for a couple of years. Go anywhere else. To Management: hire people. You'll pay their salary in increased sales. Being able to serve one person every 3 to 5 minutes is NOT fast food. read more

Horrible! The employees are arguing in the back. People have placed their orders, but have no ticket after they've paid. No coffee. Customers standing All over the place waiting on their orders amidst the arguments. We won't be back, Ever! read more

Slow but good. Get on your golf cart and go. This is to short so I type. Still to short.

Woman wiped her nose while fixing a biscuit with gloves on also ran out of sausage at 9:00 AM and also the help was rude

This location is absolutely terrible. When I arrived, I was the second car in line for the drive thru. It didn't take the person in front of me very long to order, so I was able to order pretty quickly. Once pulling forward past the speaker YOU ARE STUCK. I was stuck here waiting for over 20 minutes. The line moves so slow, and every person was at the window for at least 5 minutes. If you're looking for "fast food" this is not your place. read more

Went to order dinner and no one would answer the drive through and the doors to go inside were locked. Don't waste your time here.

I have experienced much better food as well as service in a fast food establishment. Not a fan of this Hardee's although I really like Hardee's as a rule. read more

This Hardee's is the worst fast food restaurant on the planet. They only hire illiterate idiots to work there from the manager on down. It is dirty, service is slow or almost nonexistent. I live nearby, came to get two breakfast sandwiches to go. There were 5 people at the front counter and I was the only person in line. No one acknowledged me or said anything. I stood there over 5 minutes, still no order taken. I told all of them they were the most dumbest and unprofessional people in fast food and they all just looked at me with blank stares as I left. An employee was leaving as I did and said you are right this place is a disaster as management will not hire enough employees! I live 200 yards from this Hardee's and I have taken a bow never to go in there again to be treated like a nonperson! Down the road about a mile North is McDonalds, fast courteous professional people, clean restaurant and they care about their customers! They need to bulldoze the Surfside Beach Hardee's as you people are pathetic! DON'T GO THERE!!! read more

There was a long line in the drive-thru and only 2 people in line inside. I parked and ran in. BIG MISTAKE!! There was one lady running the front and to say she was slow is the understatement of the year! I stood in line for 30 minutes to get one biscuit! This is THE most inefficient fast food restaurant I have ever visited. read more

Omg where do I start. First of all I get there after a very long drive with my wife and 2 dogs. It's raining. Now when I say it's raining I don't mean it's just water falling from the sky. I mean there is endless amounts of water being pounded on us from all sides from the heavens. I get to the drive through. There is only 1 other car there. They order and move to the window. I pull up to the speaker and am told they will be with me as soon as they can. Meanwhile god himself is peeing all over the inside of my vehicle because I had to wait with my widow down so I can hear whenever they decide to come back on. 10 minutes. That's right 10 minutes for 3 employees to fulfill 1 order and take ours. . I place our order and get our food. It's been a long day for our dogs too so We decided to share a little bit of chicken fingers with them. One of our dogs literally attempts to eat her own poop and the cat's poop but was very reluctant to even eat another piece of this chicken from hell after her first taste of a small bite. So let's recap. We are tired and hungry. Our car is soaked and our dog would rather eat poop then The food at this establishment. read more

Slowest service I have ever come across for a fast food restaurant. 7 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge and take our order in drive thru. Left and went inside and another 20 minutes just to get a hamburger. Yes one hamburger. They were not busy which is even more amazingly. 27 total minutes. They need to kill the cows much earlier and provide better customer service than what this visit demonstrated. read more

I have not been to Hardee's in a while. The current string of commercials festering the person chewing on a log and showing the greasy hamburger as well as the most recent one showing someone squeezing coffee from coffee beans he is holding in his hands are not likely to be encourage me to go again. The ads are nauseating. Recently I sew these commercials run back to back more than on ce during a single show adding insult to injury. Rethink your ad campaign. read more

Went there this morning. Big mistake. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a coffee. Young lady on the register needed help clearing mistakes on the register 4 times. After that I stood around for more than 5 minutes waiting for my food. By then it was not possible to enjoy my meal. read more

I wish I could give them no stars. The sanitation of that restaurant was the worse I have ever seen; I highly recommend that you never go there if you want Hardee's or else you might not want to go back. The workers were slow, I didn't see one pair of gloves, and there were cell phones keys half eaten food all over the kitchen and counter. I feel sorry for anyone that goes in there to order because it was so gross. I will not go back. read more

I ordered a rib burger advertised on the drive thru board for 3.45, got to the window and they said it was close to 7 bucks, told them the price, and they told me I was wrong, so I went around and snapped a picture of the board with that 3.45 price and went inside to tell the manager. The drive thru guy said he was the manager and told me that I could not get the sandwich for that price and it was a mistake while the other drive thru person pointed at the board inside for this 6.50 price like I was an idiot and don't know about prices. I don't eat hear ever and just needed a burger and this reminds me of the idiots that work at places like this as to why I don't go! read more

When my wife and me were hungry while visiting surfside, we stop at Hardee's. There are very few Hardee's in the Pittsburgh area which is were I live. The last time I went to Hardee's was the last time I went to Surfside, which was roughly 2yrs ago. So I was excited to eat here again. We walked up and went to order are food. The cashier didn't really say much, no "hi" or anything. She was never mean or anything but it would have been nice though for more of a greeting. Anyway I order a chicken sandwhich and my wife a burger. They gave a number card and 15mins later someone brought are food out to use. The reason why a gave Hardee's 4 stars, is the food. For fast food i think that was the best tasting chicken sandwhich I ever had. My wife loved her burger aswell. I wish they had more Hardee's around Pittsburgh. read more

If I can get this place at minus star I would art stop was about 9:15 PM on 30 June 2017 we waited in line in the drive-through we're the only One car ahead of us we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for that car to get his order and then we had to wait for additional 5 to 10 minutes for our order The clerk told us that it is not his fault there's only three people working in it and it's managements fault because They will not hire anyone this service is completely in utterly unacceptable and the food was Luke warm not worth the wait at all read more

Found a fast food place even nastier and more incompetent than McDonalds in dowtown MB . The other Hardees are clean wash hands etc... before preparing food. Son ordered a plain cheeseburger after 2 times got it correct I ordered a hotdog/burger combo NO ONIONS. It wasn't on the ticket but the line person heard me say it as he called back that was no onions to the manager who never responded I went to wash my hands and half the staff was either off & waiting on rides or on break had to ask them to unblock the aisle to dirty nasty bathroom just to wash my hands. Came out and since it was around 100 outside and 85-90 inside with flies buzzing around everywhere took it as take away. Opened it in the car found everything covered in chunks of raw white onion. Went back in the counter person after being told of the problem informed me it wasn't her fault. Asked for my money back on the way out the blonde counter person gave me the have a wonderful day statement people use when they mean go to hell. I would have likely given them a chance to remake but with the attitude and pure Nastiness never eat here Steak & Shake and a COOKOUT a few miles up the bypass. Both pride onclean affordable andnot smarmy attitude. The General Manager a elderly lady used every excuse but the truth. I hired 2 or 3 workers the others are lazy trash collecting a check. read more

I gave this a star because you can't give no stars. The worst service and food I've seen in a long time. Took forever to order and they weren't even busy. I hate giving bad reviews but this one really deserves it. read more

Place looked kinda dirty inside, service was super slow. Food was decent. I think i would go to checkers down the street instead next time.

Places is awful and high priced, inside is dirty I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.........................

Bless their hearts, they are just slow. Esp. The drive thru. Come on guys surely you can do better.

My friend and I decided to dine here because we are two broke college girls who wanted some chicken tenders. We stopped in and it didn't look too busy. I got chicken and she got chicken and a hot dog. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. We thought maybe they were busy but it was almost completely dead. Our cashier forgot what orders we had, but we brushed it off. My friend's chili dog looked like someone had dumped a bunch of chili all over it. The hot dog had broken in half before she could hold it. The fries had no flavor and the chicken tasted dry and burnt. The skin smelled and tasted like old grease. A few hours pass, and we are both extremely sick and both have cramps in our stomach. I wish I could give this no stars because this was the worst food I have ever had. read more

I don't know what has changed at this location but in the past few months the quality at this location has considerably gone down hill. My husband and I frequent this Hardee's quite often and recently we have found that we can expect there to be something wrong with our order almost everytime. From getting cold soggy burgers, half filled containers of fries, incorrect orders after you've confirmed that your order is correct on the drive thru screen, and it is quite frustrating. Thinking about making Arby's our new favorite. read more

45 minutes to order in the lobby and receive food. We dined in an got the food and the tray was dirty with leftover crumbs and sugar or salt residue still on it, it clearly was not clean. It was sticky with food and sugar or salt all over it. After opening my daughters sandwich we noticed mold on the bread and when we took it to the managers attention she told us that it was from the grill. Our cups for our drinks were also very oily from the cashier delivering the greasy food and handling money and giving us our cups. My husband went to leave a comment on the comment card and was disgusted with the dirt the little catty that it was in. It was embedded with dirt oil and crud while sitting on our table that we were eating at. This is the very first negative review I have ever done online but I would never ever recommend this place. Very unfriendly and unprofessional but definitely disgusting read more
