My husband got the spicy tenders and I got regular crispy ones to share with my daughter. The fries are tasty and the macaroni and cheese is super cheesy and delicious. Service is fine, it was late and there weren't a ton of people seated to eat. They have kiosks to order from and no one was at the front counter so we did that. We asked someone to wipe the table down since it was greasy and had crumbs and he came out quickly to clean it for us. The food took a little bit of time, but like I mentioned before - it was all fresh. It was quiet and the ambiance was fine for us. Not much noise so we could all hang out and talk.

Since every other restaurant include fries or a side with their meals.

The bagels are the star here. I regularly get the Bagel Deal (13 Bagels & 1 Pound of Cream Cheese) to treat my team at work. The sandwiches and desserts are also very delicious. The quality of the food has been consistent on every visit. My go to item is the Sliced Salmon (Lox) and this is what I ordered on my most recent visit. A soft nicely doughy everything bagel had a nice saltiness and garlic flavor. The bagel was filled with super decadent cream cheese, cool meaty salmon, tangy capers, crisp onions & lettuce, and juicy tomato. The mix of flavors and textures is just mouthwatering.

The food always seems to be burned/dried out (probably sitting on the grill too long or dried out in warmer tray) and our fries are never full regardless of the size we order. There's an obvious difference in customer service between the older generations that work there and the younger ones. I understand that some of these people are kids and learning their first job but we've had several instances in the drive through where our card is taken and food is given without either person even saying a word. We make a point to say things like "hi how are you" and "thank you have a good day" but some of these have even failed to yield a response from them. Again that's our experience with the younger ones. The older workers are always much more engaging and professional. I didn't even have Yelp prior to today, but I'm so tired of this being a repeated occurrence so I downloaded it solely to leave this review. When we want McDonalds from now on, I'm going to another store. To pay $13 each meal and have this lack of quality and quantity is just completely unacceptable. Pic of 1 fry is from 1/27/25. Pic of 2 fries is from 2/14/25. There have been many other instances of this occurring but it wasn't until recently that I decided to start documenting this so I could report/review what's happening.

The whole atmosphere is exactly what you want -- clean, positive, chill, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The ordering experience is so easy. There's a giant menu when you walk in, and then big touchscreen LCD menus that honestly feel like the food court screens at IKEA. Every restaurant should switch to this -- save paper, save plastic, and make life easier for everyone. I built my own bowl and grabbed the kale + Fuji apple smoothie. It's not a thick smoothie -- more like something between a juice and an icy -- but still really refreshing and really good. The bowls come in to-go boxes automatically, so you just ask for a lid if you need one. Super convenient. I highly recommend this spot. I don't eat out much, but I'd definitely go back. They even have an app now with $5 off your first order, which I'll definitely be using because the food was that delicious. As someone who has been vegetarian my whole life and fully vegan since early 2025, I can honestly say this place hit every single mark. Not one bad thing to say. It's that good.
