There's an obvious difference in customer service between the older generations that work there and the younger ones. I understand that some of these people are kids and learning their first job but we've had several instances in the drive through where our card is taken and food is given without either person even saying a word. We make a point to say things like "hi how are you" and "thank you have a good day" but some of these have even failed to yield a response from them. Again that's our experience with the younger ones. The older workers are always much more engaging and professional. I didn't even have Yelp prior to today, but I'm so tired of this being a repeated occurrence so I downloaded it solely to leave this review.
